The staff were very friendly and accommodating..we had the suite. It was beautiful. Breakfast was fab.

Pros:

Broken chair, shower full of limescale, very dirty carpet and full of stains. I was really shocked. The only good experience was the breakfast in the morning.

Relaxed, excellent customer service, great food - great stay anytime we've been there.
Pros:

the dinner was excellent, service very good.
There was a slight delay with drinks so probably lost out on a few more drink orders from us.
Breakfast was very good - again excellent service, great food.

Cons:

Always think the gym/leisure centre is too far away; we walked out the front and around the back. Perhaps there is a shorter way but we couldn't find it!

Formidable !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement : décoration magnifique à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, personnel adorable, très chaleureux et disponible, les installations dans les chambres sont parfaites, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du sèche cheveux, de la literie, ainsi que la table de repassage.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine et l'espace jeux pour les enfants dans le parc.
Petit déjeuner super bon, copieux, dans une très belle salle de restaurant, avec une équipe de serveurs très gentils et attentionnés.
Notre seul regret, ne pas être resté plus longtemps !

Beautiful family oriented hotel that offer an elevated experience

Very helpful & friendly staff
Very nice rooms - Nice complimentary Elemis products in bathrooms & Spa
Beautiful grounds - park for children
So nice to have family hotel that also offers an elevated stay.

Cons:

We booked via booking.com so needed to book/pay to use hydro suite separately it would have been nice to have this included in our room.
