Fantastic stay, amazing facilities. Lacking finesse in food service.
Pros:

The reception staff were wonderful.
The pool exceptional.
Breakfast buffet quality good.
Rooms were a great size and the swim up pool was great for the kids.

Cons:

The food service.

I found the restaurant staff a little rude.
The service of food outside brekky was very, very slow.
I also found the day menu too limited, in terms of snacks. It would’ve been great to have other items given how far away town is.

Overall, the food service wasn’t up to standard for a 5 star hotel.

Pros:

It’s was grand! I loved the pool it had more private areas which was lovely! Also the room was stunning!

Cons:

Communication regarding some of the extra things you can have for breakfast could have been clearer. Pool bar needed some more normal drinks.

Great Place, Very Spacious
Pros:

We liked how spacious the room was and all the amenities. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the breakfast. The staff were always helpful and lovely. They also left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift to celebrate our honeymoon which was sweet.

Cons:

There could have been more amenities in the kitchen and the pool definitely needed a clean, the pool tiles were quite dirty :(

Location is great (as long as you have a car to get around in and out of town), beautiful pool, parking easy enough, nice breakfast offerings, easy access to beach

Cons:

Room (158) we stayed in not very clean on arrival, dirty makeup (foundation) stains/marks on wall in ensuite bathroom, broken toilet holder hanging on wall in spare bathroom, very dirty grout in both bathrooms. Daily room tidy up was just towel change and bed straighten, no sweeping and there was no broom to DIY for sand etc. Overall a bit disappointing given we stayed there previously in subletted golf view apartment that was in excellent condition and lovely and clean.

Love the resort, especially the villa and pool, friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful resort, spacious and luxurious villa
lovely staff,
love the lagoon pool
School holiday activities were great- the kids loved the animals in the foyer and underwater photos

Cons:

Eggs and bacon quality at breakfast was average, poorly cooked most days.

The spa was not as clean as it should be

There should be table to put drinks and food on next to deck chairs

Villa carpark very narrow

One day the villa didn’t get cleaned.

The pool at the villa wasn’t very clean / appealing
