Worst experience ever !!! Do not book here !

It was a last minute booking coming Philadelphia .It was very disgusting and unsanitary .As soon as my daughter laid down she she started to feel itchy she has eczema but this place triggered it x10 ! As soon as we got in !! and the room smelled like rusty old dirty pipes with a mix of smoke , the Ac is old , disgusting and has a lot of build up in it and the beds where so uncomfortable a lot of peeled paint around the walls and doors and bathroom , they also have a taped up shower head it’s so bad I couldn’t sleep I couldn’t wait to check out but my kids needed to rest for a couple hrs before heading back in the road , this hole place just need to be shut down or just renovated…. never again !!!!!!!!! Worst hotel experience ever !

Do not recommend sketchy area and sketchy hotel

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at a true roach motel roaches in the bathroom the room reeked of cigarette smoke the tv remote didn’t work the toilet leaked the fridge had a block of ice melting into the bottom I booked it after a flight cancellation in Newark I didn’t have much time to read the reviews I don’t recommend this at all

Pros:

We needed a hotel near the airport following the cancellation of our flight out of Newark NJ. We booked Ramada Wyndham due to this being a known and recognise chain and having positive past experiences staying in a Ramada hotel.
The whole hotel smelled strongly of cannabis and also a musty old smell. The first room we were given had a toilet that didn't flush and was leaking and also the door would not lock. The phone was also broken and not connected to the wall. We were given an alternate room on request. This too smelled gross and again did not have working phone. One of the sheets also had a stain on it and there was no hot water.
Throughout the night people in one of the neighbouring rooms were making lots of noise (talking loudly/shouting/partying) until around 4am. There was also lots of noise from people loitering and hanging around outside the hotel until the early hours of this morning. My family managed to get between 1 and 2 hours sleep before having check out early for our replacement flight.
In the morning my daughter had insect bites on her feet and ankles.
Avoid at all costs - this place should be condemned.
