Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind notgedrungen in dem Hotel gelandet, weil unser Flug gecancelt wurde. Hatten auch keine Koffer und das Personal hat uns verschiedene Badeutensilien gegeben...

Cons:

Das es kein warmes Wasser gab auch nicht auf Nachfrage.

I didn't like anything. I should have known better with the price.

Cons:

This hotel seems to be in the ghetto and people from around there. Know that it's a cheap place to stay and so all kinds of people come there to do all kinds of things if you know what I mean. From when you walk into when you walk out the smell of drugs.

It is in a quiet area, close to the train station, the bedrooms are spacious, clean and cozy.

1st. Was given a key to a room the wasnt ready (not cleaned) I had to go back to the front desk to get another room, 2nd The new room key continually stop working and I had to go back to the front desk a total of 4xs during my stay, 3rd. There was no working ice machine in the whole hotel, 4th coming into the parking lot there a huge hole in the entrance driveway, 5th there was no breakfast offered or available at hotel, 6 the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly (sink, toilet, tub) 7th the wifi passcode that was written on the key slipcover was not legible had to call the front desk for passcode.
