I would probably stay there again but would want to be in the main building.
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful. The staff lady we met was very pleasant and informative.

Cons:

I would have liked to have stayed in the inn that was pictured in the advertisement not some other musty building on the site. I would think if you advertise a vine covered inn ……one would expect to be staying there.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Loved the setting. The place was clean and well appointed. The location is central and easy to find. I'm sure that without the snow it would be delightful.

Cons:

The reception was unmarked and we spent 15 minutes going from building to building to find it. Eventually a person walking their dog told us where to go.

The outdoor aspects of the property were vey picturesque. Beautiful fall foliage.
The king bed was extremely comfortable

Cons:

The room/ bathroom was very dated. 10 am checkout is very early.
The pathways/ stairs to the cottages covered in wet leaves are not conducive to wearing high heels.

Pros:

We have stayed at the Westover Inn before. It's quiet on the higher floor. The room we usually have is fine. The cable/tv wasn't working. We lowered the blind and couldn't get it to go back up. So there is definitely wear and tear thats happening. We love the grounds and location.

A lovely, mature property evidently rich with history.
Pros:

Room size, room layout (did not have breakfast)

Cons:

The washroom facilities were slightly older than expected but nothing wrong with them. No complaints, really.

Room was clean, staff was rude,(got locked out of one room and texted someone who showed up not happy and was very rude to me ) parking not the greatest, air conditioning not very good.
We did not stay in the house on the main picture, it was on the hill beside which was an old dorm converted into rooms. Not a great atmosphere, smelled musty and carpet flooring worn and brown satined, very small, and if the door was opened when your partner left, anyone in the hall would see the person lying in bed. Small TV, screen not set properly to the 16:9 configuration but to Wide setting so part of picture missing. Bathroom and shower were good. Nothing to do at night cause everything closed on property at 5pm on a Wed. Your to far to walk to anywhere else.
Should have went home after play in Stratford.
