The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our issue.
Pros:

Great location with 2 separate buildings available for lodging. We had an issue with a small water leak from the ceiling fan in the bathroom. It was over the toilet. We reported it and the staff moved us into an upgraded room with no cost increase.

Cons:

There are some exterior maintenance issues that could be addressed to spruce up the property.

Pros:

Luscious location. Quiet Serene. I would return.

Cons:

More lighting on driveway for late night entries.Hard to know where to go. Doors swelled with humidity. Might need sanding. Room ac noisy. A suddsier soap. Water is very hard

It was an Ok experience. I won’t go there again though.
Pros:

It was an historic Inn. Reception was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

It could have been more comfortable. Lumpy pillows, uncomfortable mattress. Pool was a bit dated. Not value for money.

A hidden treasure in South West Ontario!
Pros:

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and is on the shore of the Thames River in a historic part of St. Mary's, within one kilometer of St Mary's quarry (perfect for swimming) and the Canadian Baseball Museum and Hall of Fame.

My room was in their annex, and was well-appointed and exceedingly clean. On entry I switched off the AC and opened the windows. My room was facing a forest, and it was completely quiet, with only bird songs waking me up in the morning.

I will return!

Excellent meal, but expensive

Cons:

The shower worked very poorly, tub was spongy, the website never showed that our room had a fridge, so I never brought cream for our coffee. I need my coffee lol and the bathroom door lock doesn't work. So was disappointed I those things . Also the water tasted really off. Probably the ice maker needs cleaned ?
But great, friendly and helpful staff and it was clean !!

Beautiful setting, comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Loved the setting. The quiet. The grounds are lovely to explore.
We booked two rooms for our family. The room with double beds was spacious with a lovely view from the window.

Cons:

The room with the queen bed was smallish considering our two bags. I think ads/bookings should mention that you have to carry/drag bags up a flight of stairs.
