Will most definitely consider booking here again when looking for accomodations for a trip to Stratford Festival.
Pros:

The Inn offers a lovely secluded estate getaway location within the town of St. Mary’s. Our elegant rooms were in the main building that housed both the dining room and the breakfast room so very convenient for meals.
Communication regarding bookings and meal reservations was very clear and prompt. Staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The hot water pressure for the shower in our generous King room was low.
The Tesla charger was not functioning properly.

Great two day get away.
Pros:

The grounds and hotel were spectacular. The room was great with a super comfy king bed and high ceilings. Clean and comfortable. Shampoos/conditions/make-remover wipes all supplies. Just excellent.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a couple of wine glasses in the room.

Loved our stay at Westover Inn. If we're in the area we will for sure come again.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful quiet location. Excellent food. Close to Stratford and provided a very nice get away. Just wished we had more time for a full course dinner but we needed to get to a play in Stratford. We have recommended this establishment to all the friends and relatives we met on our 2 week vacation and I'm sure we will continue to. Thank you, Westover!

Cons:

Disappointed that a breakfast is not offered. We would have loved to had one there rather than going elsewhere. Maybe because they want guests to check out on time? Seemed a shame to dash away and not enjoy the surroundings even more but we just couldn't wait until 11:30am when the restaurant opened.

I can imagine some guests would complain about the creaky floors when guests overhead were walking around. We live in a 1903 home and are quite comfortable with these types of noises especially because they did not go on all night. One guest coming into the Cottage, not the main building, mentioned the lower suites smelled mouldy but as we were on the main floor everything was fine.

Very Inviting on the outside but attention to comfort inside the room was lacking.
Pros:

The grounds were lovely. The Inn needs some wear and tear paint repairs outside but overall the lobby and dinning area looked nice.

Cons:

The bathroom fan made weird noises as well as the A/C which could be endured but the mattress was horrible. It made so much noise sitting on it let alone turning during sleep. Not very comfortable either.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our issue.
Pros:

Great location with 2 separate buildings available for lodging. We had an issue with a small water leak from the ceiling fan in the bathroom. It was over the toilet. We reported it and the staff moved us into an upgraded room with no cost increase.

Cons:

There are some exterior maintenance issues that could be addressed to spruce up the property.

Luscious location. Quiet Serene. I would return.

Cons:

More lighting on driveway for late night entries.Hard to know where to go. Doors swelled with humidity. Might need sanding. Room ac noisy. A suddsier soap. Water is very hard

It was an historic Inn. Reception was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

It could have been more comfortable. Lumpy pillows, uncomfortable mattress. Pool was a bit dated. Not value for money.
