Pros:

Das Familienzimmer (2 separate Zimmer verbunden mit einer Schiebetür) war zwar recht weit vom Pool, Meer und vom Frühstück entfernt, aber es war super schön, komfortabel und sauber. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und mit vielen Pools und Grünanlagen wunderschön angelegt. Der Hauptpool war super mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Es gab immer genügend freie Liegen während unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Bang Niang Markt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und auch an den anderen Abenden kann man etwas bummeln. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen. Einzig die Entfernung der Familienzimmer vom Hauptpool/Meer/Frühstück war etwas weit, um mal schnell etwas zu holen, aber auch kein Problem.

בגלל הקרבה לים יש רוח חזקה ובאוגוסט היה לפעמים קר וגשום להכנס לבריכה

Nooit meer voor ons!
Pros:

Het strand, het zwembad, de bedden en douche. Personeel van de schoonmaak en het ontbijt waren erg vriendelijk, bij de receptie waren ze best nors.

Cons:

De geur op je kamer, wij waren er voor de 3de keer, maar nooit meer voor ons.
Het rook naar schimmel op de gehele kamer, weet dat dit vorig jaar ook al een probleem was en we een melding hebben gemaakt.
Dit jaar stonden er dus op iedere kamer een extra humifider, een ontvochtiger.
Dit moesten wij 2x per dag zelf legen, zoveel vocht komt er uit de kamers.
Heb zelf maar wat parfum gespoten steeds bij binnenkomst.
Zijn er alle.3 gewoon verkouden van geraakt. We hebben 2 kamers gehuurd en als je dan 550 euro betaalt voor maar 3 nachtjes kan je beter kijken naar iets anders.
Voor ons nooit meer!

chambres accès pool supérieures plus chères mais indispensables pour un excellent séjour confortable
Pros:

chambre accès pool super, très belle piscine et belle chambre, pas la peine d'aller à la piscine commune

Cons:

plage très venteuse, mer interdite de baignade car drapeau rouge en raison de grosses vagues mais également de méduses dangereuses.

Fantastisch fijn en mooi hotel.
Pros:

Alles was perfect. De kamers waren schoon, ruim, mooi en goed onderhouden. De tuinen en zwembaden zijn prachtig. Het uitzicht op het strand ‘s morgens bij het ontbijt en vanuit zwembad op zee was geweldig. Fijne spa behandeling en leuke boksles gehad . Overal vriendelijk personeel. En het ontbijt was 1 van de beste die wij ooit hebben gehad.

Cons:

Het enige puntje was de geur van het riool
In de kamer ‘s nachts. En de sportschool mag wel een update. Dat is de reden voor een 9 en geen 10.

Nice for a few days
Pros:

The pools are nice, you can see the ocean from the pool. It’s lovely. The staff are very friendly (most of them), we had a problem with an odor in our room and housekeeping took it very serious. They came back few times to check and also placed a dehumidifier in the room. Overall, we would not come back to khao lak, but if you go, La Flora is the best choice for the area.

Cons:

There are parts of the hotel where the maintenance is lacking. It doesn’t look as polished as on the photos. Also, there are signs all around the hotel that any wrongdoing will be fined.. this was bit strange for me. It instantly creates an atmosphere of distrust which is not very relaxing. There are a lot of German tourists who don’t seem to have any interest in Thai culture or cuisine.

Enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Good location. Close to town. Clean facilities.

Cons:

Kid area needed attention. Not all water things were working. Need chairs and loungers for adults who are watching their children play. There was no seating near kid zone. A walk-in pool area for small children would be nice.
