Una estancia fantástica en Roma (5/5)
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido de diez. La ubicación es sencillamente insuperable: te permite recorrer la ciudad y llegar a los puntos principales caminando sin complicaciones.
Sin embargo, lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato del personal. Espectacular desde el primer minuto, siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier recomendación o necesidad.
Las instalaciones y la habitación estuvieron a la altura, muy cómodas y limpias. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir en nuestra próxima visita a Roma. ¡100% recomendable!

Overall, it was an ok stay, but the inn fell well short of the quality expected from a 4-star property.
Pros:

This hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of a large commercial building and is accessed by a very small elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. The staff is generally friendly and we got our room earlier upon arrival.

Cons:

This is a very basic inn. During our entire stay, there was no internet. The staff said it was a general outage, but other businesses in the area had working internet, and the connection mysteriously returned only when it was time to process the city tax payment. The room was clean, but extremely basic. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was also very basic, cold, with little variety. Coffee was ok.

Pros:

Posizione strategica per girare Roma (zona molto sicura), staff che mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Il piano dove mi trovavo era silenzioso, e questo per me è un punto fondamentale perchè ho il sonno leggero
