Ambassadeur Hotel

Been come to that hotel on & off for 20 years as a tour bus driver, room paid for by the client, no choice, parking for the bus is great, location is great but the same very hard beds still there 20 yrs later, & the pillows just as bad!! Come on, invest in better mattresses!! Not $99 junk!!

+ tres propre, lit confortable
- oreillers épaisse ( a mon gout évidemment), insonorisation et frigidaire bruyant .
Malgré tout ca( qui est mineur) je recommande l'endroit.

Il est peut-être temps de faire un grand ménage coté piscine et le jacousi, c'est plus un bain chaud et la piscine n'est pas chauffée, l'espace pour les jeux d'eau pour enfants est usé et sale et la chambre est du pour quelques rénovations et sûrement les autres chambres aussi, les abats-jour des lumière sont jaunis et salles, mais on a passé une belle nuit pareil, je ne chiale pas, je constate que l'Hôtel Ambassadeur n'est pu ce qu'elle a déjà été dans le passé même si c'était ma première visite à cette hôtel, j'aurais aimé pouvoir répondre à des question en français, je parle de Hotels.com.

It was an ok stay for the price. The concept is good, but hotel needs improvement into hallways carpet cleaning and staff training .
Room was super clean. Heating was efficient.

The room was not well maintained, the facility run down, the air conditioner leaked and was extremely noisy. Staff weren't terrible but not very helpful. It was inexpensive and it certainly showed.

L'hôtel était overbooked, donc dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont dit que nous n'avions pas de chambre pour nous, malgré une réservation garantie avec Expedia. Ils ne nous ont même pas appelés, ni avisés. J'ai travaillé en hôtellerie pendant des années et normalement, l'hôtel doit relocaliser les clients en overbook. Eux n'ont rien fait! Et en plus, je dois me débrouiller pour me faire rembourser avec Expedia. Vraiment, je ne me laisserai plus prendre! Je ne passerai plus par Expedia la prochaine fois.

Pool area was great I loved it 👍 but the aircondition in the room was very noisy and didn't work properly, otherwise everything else was good !

Everything was perfect, except for the fact that our room door lock was not functioning properly.

Fair price for services

Overdue for a major renovation, old lumpy mattresses, dilapidated floors, noisy AC and NO ROOM REFRESH ON A 2 NIGHT STAY.

Very nice however not walking distance into town,

Room was dirty and in disrepair. Floor was peeling up, the toilet paper roll holder was rusted and breaking apart. There was hair stuck in it. The curtains were stained. There was sticky globs of what I’m hoping was clear caulking on the wall. Cheap place to sleep. Tv had a nice picture.
