A good location with a good view and a poor bar and a terrible restaurant
Pros:

Good location mainly with a good view. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The lunch and the dinner were very bad. The bar area was bad and did not take advantage of the view. It was inside and poor.

The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive

Cons:

We moved rooms as the one we hade been allocated was noisy at night and, in our view of poor quality for a Superior room. Our replacement room was significantly better. In both rooms the bath/showers need replacing.

Pros:

Hotel dove ci si sente in famiglia. Curato, pulito con lo staff meraviglioso. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade grandissimo. Tornerò sicuramente.

Le bonheur de la Dolce Vita !
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel qui est adorable, la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel, le centre ville est à 2 minutes à pieds, la vue de la chambre était magnifique, pouvoir louer une place de parking (ce qui est essentiel dans cette zone) et le voiturier !!

Pros:

Everything - friendly staff, great location, lovely room and delicious breakfast. Well situated for Piazza Duomo, Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone. Lively pool too.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

The location was beautiful, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade and enjoyed a room with a large terrace, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of quality products.

Our three-night stay at Hotel Graal was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help with anything we needed. Ravello is stunningly beautiful, and Hotel Graal served as the perfect home base for exploring this charming town and the surrounding area. The hotel provided a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Ravello.

We would especially like to recognize Antonio and Roberto at the hotel bar, as well as Francesca at the hotel restaurant, Al Ristoro del Moro. Their exceptional service, warm personalities, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Our dinner at Al Ristoro del Moro was outstanding, with delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast each morning was equally enjoyable, offering a great selection of fresh and flavorful options, all served by a fantastic staff who started each day with a smile.

The combination of beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, excellent dining, and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly special. We are grateful to the entire Hotel Graal team for helping create such wonderful memories during our honeymoon and would gladly return in the future.
