Mucho problema con el tema de los desayunos, cuando en verdad si estaban en la reserva los 4 desayunos pero en la plataforma del hotel aparecía que no estaban , y el personal nada amable para solucionar el tema.

Close to where my mother lives
We had a couple rooms and both of them were missing some important item, we asked for a mid stay cleaning of our room that never happened. There is no complementary breakfast. They’ve also discontinued complementary coffee, and you have to pay $15 per night to park at the property on top of the cost of your room. We’ve stayed there many times over the years and we have seen a steady increase in cost and a steady decrease value.
As a Marriott Titanium Elite member who has stayed at this specific Sheraton multiple times over the past year, I am deeply shocked by how this property treats its most loyal guests. Following a recent stay, I was slapped with a $500 'smoke cleaning fee.' My travel routine has not changed in years, and I have never smoked in a room in my life.
When I called to calmly resolve the issue and ask for evidence, the manager on duty flat-out refused to speak with me and told me to just 'dispute it with my credit card company.' No investigation, no dialogue, and zero respect for a high-tier loyalty member. If you value your hard-earned status or just want to avoid arbitrary, massive charges added to your credit card without recourse, stay somewhere else. This property does not embody the Marriott standard.
The location
The room was not getting cleaning has it supposed to, no bed sheets was changing, I slept on the same bed sheets for 5days, room not cl
Easy access to the surrounding area of Rockville/Gaithersburg
$15 dollars for parking in an unsecured open lot, which would have been free anywhere else in the US. I selected the property because it wasn't in the heart of the downtown to avoid parking cost. The breakfast was poor quality. You pay $22 dollars for eggs, potatoes, and sausage. $4 dollars for coffee (no lobby coffee), and $3 dollars for toast. The sausage was very small (3 pieces) and overcooked, like it had been cooked early in the morning. For what you expect at a Sheraton, the prices did not live up to the value. The tubs were small as well. I'm a short guy and I found myself having to angle myself just to stand in the tub for shower. I probably could have overlooked some of this, but adding the $15 dollars a day for the parking, which you could tell that they had no real enforcement mechanize either (didn't provided passes), set my initial experience. Felt like getting nickeled and dime for poor quality. I could have gone to Best Western for the same price (free breakfast and parking) for the same price.
Very Clean, great location!
Everything was great, but the tub was very small. Thanks again enjoyed are stay
Beautiful decor, comfortable & quiet.
Food prices. cleaning staff removed things they should not have.
Went with a school group who did not check in until after 9pm and most rooms didn't have towels! Imagine touring DC for 9+ hrs and you get to your room and have exacly NO TOWELS. NONE.
Finally got 2 body towels later that evening, but no wash cloths until the next day. The bathroom was a very awkward space, especially the tub placement. The rooms are ok. They were clean and the bed slept good. The saving grace was breakfast; we had our own room and different buses went at different times and everyone was able to get enough to eat and drink. Kudos to the food people for keeping the buffet hot and stocked. 👏👏
The staff is quite attentive and helpful.
I’m a little upset that the daily parking rate is $15.
I had a concerning experience following my stay at the Sheraton Rockville Hotel.
After checkout, I was informed of an alleged “smoke event” reportedly triggered by an in-room air quality sensor. However, this was never communicated to me at any point during my stay or at checkout.
I made multiple attempts to get clarification, including requesting supporting documentation, an explanation of how the sensor determines an event, and why I was not notified in real time. These questions were not adequately answered.
It is also unclear how the system distinguishes between actual smoke and normal in-room conditions (for example, heat or airflow from everyday use such as a blow dryer), yet no data or verification was provided.
Additionally, I was charged $575, while the stated smoking fee is $250, and no clear explanation for the difference was provided.
Corporate customer service referred me back to the hotel, and the hotel was unable to provide sufficient documentation or explanation.
The issue is not just the policy, but the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability in how it was applied. I recommend that guests ensure any incidents are clearly communicated and documented during their stay.
They changed for parking. 15$ per day
I asked to extend my stay for 9 more days with the same rate and they jack up the price. I moved to another hotel up the street they gave me free parking and early check in .
Pay for parking
Room was comfortable. All staff provided excellent service. Very professional, helpful and kind.
