Aura Hotel Times Square

Adrian at the front desk was amazing! Place is very clean and perfect sized rooms with a good location

We recently stayed at the Aura Hotel Times Square with friends for a weeks holiday. Staff were great and friendly with ideas on what to do and when and very helpful with storing our luggage.
Location is perfect, 1-2 min walk to Times Square and central to local attractions and the subway.
The room was spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival and cleaned every day of our stay.
The Long Room next door is also great and served great food and drinks.
Would definitely recommend The Aura Hotel and would definitely use again.

Came to see a show and celebrate a birthday. The hotel is well located with a parking garage right next door. Everything is very clean and our room was quiet.

Adrian at the front desk was fantastic. He was able to get us in our room early, upgraded us to a king bed, and gave us two free drink tickets to the restaurant next door. We’d definitely stay here again.

Adrian checked us in at the front desk. He was very informative and helpful. He gave us directions for breakfast tomorrow morning. We upgraded our room and he made the check-in process extremely easy. We will put this on our list for a return visit.

A comfortable hotel in the heart of Times Square. If you have a room on the higher floors like I did, you'll get a decent sleep. The staff very friendly also. Would recommend.

Hotel is off Times Square, which is perfect free drinks at the bar next door with Music close to Grand Central Station. Adrian at the front desk was so accommodating gave us all our information. Our passes for a free drink next-door gave us access to our room. Early people are very friendly and the room is really a nice size.

The room was nicely appointed with an incredible location. So convenient to our purpose of seeing a couple of shows! It was also easy to get to the subway and to avoid the crowds of the square when we wanted to. The staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby and room looked like it’s had a recent makeover.

A great place to stay! Right in the heart of the theater district and Times Square. Staff was wonderful and attentive! Rooms are very nice! We will definitely be back! A great value!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aura! The room was very clean and had new, contemporary furniture with lots of nice lamps and charging ports. The beds were super comfy. We stayed in a 2 doubles room, which had plenty of space for my teen daughter and me - even as we hunkered down in the room for during a big winter storm. We had a lovely view of 44th street and the Belasco theater, where we saw Maybe Happy Ending (great show!). The pre-check in process is handy, and we were able to rent a mini fridge (which had a small freezer) during our stay, which was perfect for riding out the storm - there is a good deli just down the block that stayed open despite all the snow and sleet. Although some reviews have mentioned poor water pressure in the shower, it was not an issue for us - and the water stayed very hot. The staff were friendly and helpful and kept the lobby mopped and sidewalk cleared throughout the storm to prevent slips and falls. The Aura is in a great location, with tons of restaurants and shopping within a block or two. Very reasonably priced as well for such a nice, recently renovated room. We will be back for our next Broadway trip!

Adrian was amazing! Checked me in early to get me out of the cold. Was incredibly helpful and kind. Beautiful hotel. No complaints at all.

Really great location just off Times Square.
Small and tight but cozy. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms.
Aircon was really loud. There was some roadworks in the middle of the night. But that isn't on the hotel.
A chair in the room would be nice.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

The Aura is a fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Jo Jo, Alum and Rose. We had last minute cancelled flights and had to book extra nights. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, Given this was the 23rd December and time running out for a pre christmas departure, Jo jo sweetly assured us that The Aura was ‘home’ until we managed to book new flights. We found his kind words very comforting. Rooms at The Aura are super clean, The hotel is in an excellent location, very central. l highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel due to good price and location and wasn’t disappointed. Check in was quick and easy. Room was a nice size and very clean. Lovely comfortable bed, and a bath too which was lovely after the freezing cold days out. The housekeeping team were so lovely and attentive as were the reception team. Hotel was quite quiet too and didn’t hear much noise, so slept well for our 3 night stay.
Will definitely return next time. Highly recommend
