Aura Hotel Times Square

Great Location, clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service. The staff (Adrian) was so helpful. With the price you pay, this hotel is recommended.

So it would not have been a 5/5 had it not been for the ANGEL at the front seat names JONATHAN he was kind efficient and cute. I was there during the snow storm and I was about to crash out bc Amtrack kept rescheduling my train but JONATHAN had my back. He gave me apples in the morning, spoke in a kind tone and helped me figure out check out with ease. He is truly a gem THE GEM I daresay

Very close to everything you need in NYC

When we found a package through AARP to get to NYC for a nice holiday, this was the best place we found that was centrally located to the play and Times Square.

Since we were arriving earlier than expected, We appreciate having the option to have an early check-in. The cleanliness and modern look of the hotel room made us so glad this was a hidden gem.

Our experience at Aura Hotel was amazing from start to finish. We came early to see if we could leave our bags before heading to a show. Not only did they say yes, but Danny and Adrian checked us in early and upgraded our room. Everything was pristine! The beds were comfortable and we slept like babies. The complementary drinks (wine or beer) at the restaurant next door were a nice touch. The location was perfect, in between Broadway and our favorite restaurant (minus the Times Square foot traffic) so we will definitely be back.

Excellent clean hotel with unbeatable location. Price was competitive (free drinks were a joke because you could only get a beer or house wine). 2nd time we are staying at this place and we were happy both times. Elevators small and gets real crowded during peak times like checkout times. All in all, we will stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Aura Hotel Times Square with friends for a weeks holiday. Staff were great and friendly with ideas on what to do and when and very helpful with storing our luggage.
Location is perfect, 1-2 min walk to Times Square and central to local attractions and the subway.
The room was spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival and cleaned every day of our stay.
The Long Room next door is also great and served great food and drinks.
Would definitely recommend The Aura Hotel and would definitely use again.

The hotel is lovely and warming. Very friendly staff. Clean and all the amenities you need.

Came to see a show and celebrate a birthday. The hotel is well located with a parking garage right next door. Everything is very clean and our room was quiet.

Adrian at the front desk was fantastic. He was able to get us in our room early, upgraded us to a king bed, and gave us two free drink tickets to the restaurant next door. We’d definitely stay here again.

Adrian checked us in at the front desk. He was very informative and helpful. He gave us directions for breakfast tomorrow morning. We upgraded our room and he made the check-in process extremely easy. We will put this on our list for a return visit.

A comfortable hotel in the heart of Times Square. If you have a room on the higher floors like I did, you'll get a decent sleep. The staff very friendly also. Would recommend.

Hotel is off Times Square, which is perfect free drinks at the bar next door with Music close to Grand Central Station. Adrian at the front desk was so accommodating gave us all our information. Our passes for a free drink next-door gave us access to our room. Early people are very friendly and the room is really a nice size.
