This was our second stay and it's great!
Pros:

The atmosphere was calm and comfortable as soon as we walked in. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. We were able to check in early, which was a huge relief because we were exhausted from the flight. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Even the halls were clean and smelled clean.

Réceptionniste peu aimable.
Chambre remise sentant fortement la cigarette je refusais la chambre j ai du insister. Elle a fait envoyer quelqu un ̂ pour vérifier qui a de suite préférer échanger la chambre et contrôler après la chambre qui posait de problème.
Mon fils a oublié son doudou dans la chambre j ai envoyé un message le lendemain pour confirmer et dire que je pouvais récupérer le samedi suivant après la croisière. Pas de réponse.

Pros:

The location to the ports.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were so soft they did not work. The cost for one night way over priced. The food for breakfast was not good at all. They ran out of utensils, waffle batter and not much choice selection. We will not stay at this hotel again.

It worked for what needed.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to get to the port.

Cons:

One of the staff was a little snarky and rude, most importantly the bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I woke up in pain and went to walk around at 3:00 am just to have something to do other than sleep.

Convenient, comfy stay
Pros:

Convenient to all ports and within walking distance of local restaurants. The included breakfast was great! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The port shuttle system was well-organized and convenient. The room was clean and spacious.
