Location. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom floors were not clean, grimy around the edges. Rust around the pipes and on the bathtub faucet. Carpeting old and snagged. Elevators very slow and small. Ekevators crowded, slow, and delayed trying to get to the holding room for cruise shuttle.

Wasn’t notified when booking that there wasn’t anymore cruise parking except a very small amount of spaces! Have been parking there on and off for years and this was a last minute disappointment that I had to scramble to take care of after arriving!

The great night auditor!!
Pros:

Just want to give Tiffany the night auditor a shout out because we came in very late. We called and told her we would be coming and she had our hotel card keys ready and was so sweet and knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. Give her a raise because after a full day and night of traveling it was nice to see her smiling face!

Pros:

Hotel was generally good, lots of screaming kids on the hall but they all went to sleep at reasonable time. The only gripe is free breakfast that did not include any meat.
