It was very close to our venue and right off the highway
It was a little dated - bathroom could have been cleaner and towels softer/not as used

Me and my family stayed there, we were all gathered to say good bye to our Dad. The front desk lady was so helpful to us and gave us a private room to gather in and were just so understanding. I will always come back and my family will too.

Room was cold
The key cards wouldn't work to our room a couple times after arriving to the facility. They wouldn't work on the outside door.
Breakfast food was cold. Wasn't even warm.

the facility was very clean and smelled great as you walked in.
Friendliness of receptionist who was able to upgrade at no cost
The excessive use of plastic everywhere you looked in the breakfast buffet, Plastic plates, cutlery, cups and wrappers that cups went in...it was truly awful to see.
Side door lock wouldn’t let us in when parked on that side. Door was hard to open, had to get key reprogrammed multiple times. Staff was good spirited considering

When we first got there staff was nice room not ready was going to be on first floor when we came back to check in was moved to an uper floor could not sleep air conditioner was very loud not working right when we mentioned it to the staff she was rude about it
