Poor service at every turn. Make sure you have 50dollers to slip the receptionist.
Pros:

The advert for the hotel was quite attractive. Such a shame.

Cons:

All of the staff were incompetent.
The receptionist: clearly under trained and inept demanded I gave him 50 dollers cash to gain access to my booking. The night staff phoned my room awakening me! The morning staff informed me he hated the job, the hotel and wished he was still a police man!
The associated restuarant was awful. Poor service. Plastic cutlery with no knifes. If you read this just go elsewhere.
Did mention the cleaning staff smoking a doobie by the side entrance. "Just a few more rooms and I am finished for the day"
Did I mention the the resraurant is 24 hours; unless they have no cook then they shut it!!

Pros:

It was easy to find even though construction had the entrance blocked.

Cons:

No desk clerk at hotel. You had to go to diner next door to register and they charged over 50 dollars more than what I booked with you.

Won’t stay at one of those chains again.
Cons:

Check-in and host was in the diner next door. Cramped little hot space to wait for help. TV didn’t work without calling them to come set it. The bathroom fan was so loud it was almost unbearable to even go in there. No ice bucket, water cups, or coffee in room. The manager on duty did come right away when we ask for some ice and brought a bag and some cups. Also set up the TV.

Probably won’t stay there again unless it’s the last option which in the day and it’s not. 
Pros:

The building and rooms were very clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there were no amenities whatsoever no breakfast no coffee maker and you have to go into a restaurant with staff that acted like they didn’t wanna be there .. A woman, the first time and an older man the second time to check in and check out… that what was the worst part of the experience. After dealing with her for the check-in and having to stand there for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us, there was no way we were going into that diner for food.

Cons:

Poor reception in a diner separate from the accommodation building. Would not accept my MasterCard that has been accepted in other local businesses prior and after this property. Security door to the property did not close on most occasions. Accommodation hallway had an odor. For a Baymont by Wyndham Hotel, very disappointing.
