You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Exceptional
Pros:

Was in an ideal location and the property was very clean and well maintained throughout the hotel, not property related but shoutout to Luka who served us dinner the Saturday evening and breakfast the next day, very friendly guy and was constantly checking to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything aswell as checking in on everyone around us.

Great experience in Westport .
Pros:

Hotel location was amazing right by the water over looking the harbour. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Facilities were excellent the spa and pool just added to the experience. Room was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was first class. Only negative was the meal we had in the bar one evening, food was just ok .

Cons:

A would say the car parking at the rear of the property. It’s very tight. However you do have parking at the front of the hotel and first hour is free.

It was ok for the price.
Pros:

The staff at the spa was very accommodating. The pier and town was walkable on a clear day. Beautiful views of Craugh Patrick!

Cons:

There was a band my second night at the bar that I could hear in my room on the 1st floor and this made it hard to sleep. The linens feel cheap and the bed wasn’t great. It cost 10€ one way to get to town, would be nice if there was a shuttle service.
