You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Comfortable stay with room for improvement in food.
Pros:

Decor is gorgeous, rooms and hotel are very clean, beds super comfortable.

Cons:

- Bar food was not great, fish was very oily, little flavour in both meals.
- Requested breakfast basket to be ready for early departure but nothing was ready, very disappointing when I had been told it would be done.

Really nice stay! Recommend!
Pros:

The room was lovely! Robert at check in was extremely nice.

Cons:

The pool and thermal suite were cold. The steam room could have hotter. But the facilities were clean.

An enjoyable family break to a very busy hotel with great staff with a few shortcomings in our stay
Pros:

Breakfast was top class and a very professional server. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at Luseas restaurant were very professional as was reception.

Cons:

Circular electronic temperature dial in room 213 was malfunctioning and would only go up.
Prosecco in restaurant was very sharp and not one on menu.
Our rib eye steaks were very poorly flavoured.
