Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Wonderful location for a short stay in Westport
Pros:

We got upgraded to a beautiful room for the evening. Lounge was comfortable and breakfast was deliciious.

Cons:

We used on street parking which worked for us...to access parking lot would have been challenging with our rental car.

Pros:

Nice beds great shower, nice ambiance in the bar
Very clean and food was great
Staff somewhat disorganized though all very polite and friendly

Cons:

Staff in the bar very slow and disorganized also in the restaurant until we ordered an expensive bottle of champagne and wine then they perked up and we had the lovely James for the rest of the meal he was great

The room was big and spacious. The room temperature was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice.

Me and my mam had a great night and the staff were super helpful with my mams dietary needs
Pros:

Breakfast was great and catered very well for my mother who is a vegan

Cons:

The car park is very tight and cars can get easily damaged
