If you book 5 or more rooms this will be classed as a group. The hotel will contact you directly as a deposit schedule will be issued to you to pre pay for your group prior to arrival. A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorized for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out. Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out. Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff were the big standout factor for us, we had a problem with our air conditioning unit but the manager John dealt with the whole situation with amazing professionalism.
Spa was also amazing had treatments from Jess and Jente and was so happy with our time spent down there

Honestly , it had all we needed.
So expensive and not value for money. Breakfast so average. Lobby run down. No facilities for kids, kids play room etc

The location was excellent, with beautiful walking and running routes right from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. We also appreciated how quickly the staff responded when we had an air conditioning issue with our first room. They switched us to a new room immediately, making the experience stress-free. Overall, the hotel was charming, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning in our original room wasn't working properly. However, the staff resolved it immediately by moving us to another room, so it didn't affect our overall stay.

The table I booked for dinner in the rooftop restaurant wasn’t available for us ( it was our 43rd wedding anniversary). I rang the restaurant number to say we were delayed on our journey so if we could delay the booking until 7.30 but the lady I spoke to said we didn’t have a reservation, then I got an e Mail from you subsequently saying the hotel was sorry I didn’t show up at the time I booked my slot (18.45) 😊

The size of the room we got room 124 i think was larger than we expected and more modern.
The bar from what we seen when we went in to eat lunch was more of a restaurant than a bar to sit at and relax with a drink in my opinion
Beautiful hotel
Loved the hotel, in a great spot a little out of town so much less busy, nice to finally have private parking and not have to wrestle for street parking. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Air conditioning which was perfect with the recent heat. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a nice view of croagh patrick.
The only reason I didn’t score it perfectly is we had a dinner reservation in the nice restaurant upstairs and they hosted a private function it seemed but essentially it was a day care centre with kids running around screaming everywhere. We left before we’d even ordered as not what you expect for the price you pay. We ended up eating in the bar downstairs which was good and no screaming children.

Everythimg really, except we noticed bathroom was for handicap people, not that it was a problem, and our view was car park. We did enjoy the hotel , staff very good. It was our 1st time there next time, i will book a room with view. Thank you.the viw
