Beso Del Sol Resort

Room was hot. Only had wall ACs and they were off when we checked in even though they knew we were coming. Smoke detector was beeping when we came in. Card in room says to dial 0 from room phone to reach front desk but there is no room phone. Called the resort number and the after hours number. No response. Left a voicemail. No call back yet. The smoke detector beeping is annoying but is also unsafe if the battery is going dead.

It was a good choice to stay at Del Beso resort. Great reception at front of house. Room was clean and comfortable. The Marker 8 Tiki Bar has good food and cold beer. Every staff we met were friendly and helpful.
We would return.

The pool was dirty that we used as guest there are two pools.

Everything was amazing!

We were 20 minutes early and even tho the 3 rooms we books were ready, they made us wait or pay &20 we room for early check in. Very rude about it as well. Then they never showed up to fix the broken hair dryer.

Room very spacious and had fantastic ocean view..My check in was after hours was able to call ER number and was helped right away by friendly staff. Will def stay there again

Wonderful resort. The only problem was being put in the upstair room by the staircase that we couldnt use because of maintenance and had to walk to the other end to use the elevator. That wasnt to bad unless your hauling groceries bags up to the room. We will diffently stay again. Great location Great Staff. Housekeeping was outstanding.

Thr location is amazing. Great bar, restaurant, pool and view of the water and sunset. No complaints!

The Resort is really nice. I met some of the staff at the pool and they are very nice and ask how my stay is going, if i need anything, is there anything broken that needs attention. Check in was quick. The office staff very nice as well. The pool area is beautiful, awesome musice, there's a bar and an adult pool. Fin for everyone. The Resort has beautiful sunsets. I plan to go back as soon as I can get days off again.

Old roadside motel-style place. Tiny rooms, poorly furnished. Our one clothes closet was 24" wide with 12 hangers. Very minimal amenities. No maid service. If you want clean towels or linens, you wash your own on the 3rd floor of the north building. If you leave them unattended you will probably have to pay for them. Each room has a total weekly allowance of 2 rolls of toilet paper, and "will not be replenished". There are "no" notices everywhere. "Charges will apply for any damages incurred to our towels or linens", "Shoes must be worn at all times anywhere on the property", if anyone takes your towel at the pool, it's a $20 fee. Our shower was very weak, with little hot water. Tiny pools and hot tub, and they all had algae growing in them. The pool recliners are molding. No towel exchange. One bar & grill with seriously watered-down drinks. Zero security, not even a room safe. The public has easy access to the pools and hot tub. All they have to do is walk through the open bar area, which they do. No beach, a patio that overlooks a large waterway. We were happy to leave. Write-up and pictures looked good, though.

This place is amazing. I’ll be back.
