It was a place to sleep....
Pros:

The space was roomy and was clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke even though it's a "non smoking" facility. The hotel is not "steps across the street from the beach"; the room's view was of the high rises across the street. We "express" checked in and STILL had to check in, which was a lengthy process due to a new computer system. The pool was disgusting; had mildew rings along the top of the water line. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were awful. This hotel is priced like a high rise condo but is an efficiency motel at best.

Pros:

Nothing except location.

Cons:

A very poor excuse for a hotel. Old, tired, and dirty with a "pool" the size of a bath tub. The staff, whilst friendly, were completely untrained and provided false information.

Our view was amazing and the hotel did its purpose.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very personable! The room was clean and the towels were stocked daily!

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, and after 14 hours of driving you want a comfortable bed. The elevator was so hot to ride in. We did have to switch rooms because we were in the elevator waiting area, with no view, so we asked to switch rooms and they accommodated us amazingly!

Josa is a amazing
Pros:

The facility was extremely clean and very comfy. The bedroom was large king sized bed with a large room.
Josa was excellent as the clerk. She was a pure pleasure.

Cons:

The elevator was confusing. I'm still not sure how the elevator electronics worked. But we got where we were going.

We just needed a room for a quick day at the beach and dinner
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name. Customer service 10/10. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Never again!!
Cons:

No water pressure. Limited facilities. Pool not clean. Not as advertised. Poor parking facilities. We did not stay but one night and moved to a different hotel.

Elevator broken only one work dried up blood on the sheets one bed didn’t have a blanket my cable wasn’t working an the pipe busted it took an 2hours n half for them to fix it so we couldn’t shower til after 12am
