Staff were amazing. I'd stay again just for them. Room was clean. Overall, not bad.

Pros:

The location is the best part. Basic room no frills, but there is a fridge and microwave in every room. Also the staff is friendly, helpful, and inviting.

Passable with good staff, but would likely choose another location next time.

Location was great. Clerks at check-in and check-out were very friendly.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected, the beds weren't especially comfortable, and the heater was noisy. There was also a bit of noise from the nearby street, which was unexpected for mid-winter.

Was unable to sleep due to loud guest next to me dreaming and running into things plus music playing outside all night. If you’re not partying, I would recommend staying somewhere quieter.

My room was right in front of the elevator so it was extremely loud all night 5am till 7am was the only quiet times. Also very bright lights outside the room

The manager was the only amazing part of this hotel. Booking overcharged me for this room and still waiting for a refund

Was located next to the elevator where it was extremely nosey all night till 5 am and started back up at 7 am. Also there was lots of bright lights outside our door shinning into our room which was extremely inconvenient.

Pleasant, comfortable, relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Room was warm as temperature outside cold and snowed.
Breakfast was continental but plenty to choose from

Aardige kamers op korte afstand van zee.
Pros:

De ligging was prima, vlakbij het strand ( het was winter, maar toch leuk om even uit te waaien) in de buurt zitten wat koffietentjes, en in de zomer zit er zeker genoeg in de buurt. Parkeren was gratis, dat was fijn. De kamer zelf zag er mooi, schoon en verzorgd uit. Iedere dag kregen we schone handdoeken. Zomers zou ik dit echt een prima kamer vinden.

Cons:

Wij boekten de kamer vanwege de prijs in combinatie met de foto's op de site. Bij doorklikken werd de prijs ineens veel hoger. Omdat we een kamer nodig hadden zijn we wel verder gegaan met boeken, maar het was niet zo netjes. Op de foto's lijkt het of het een mooi hotel is, in werkelijkheid is het gewoon een motel. Het leek ook wel alsof er (daklozen?) in de kamers woonden. We hadden om kamers naast elkaar gevraagd wat niet mogelijk was terwijl het hotel grotendeels leeg stond. Het ontbijt was basic ( bagels, cream cheese en jam, cereals en melk en wafels). Wij namen ons eigen ontbijt mee om daar op te eten. Ontbijtruimte is erg klein, dat zal zomers vast te weinig zijn.
