They took deposit money from credit card and until now not return

Fungerer perfekt som base når man skal deltage på Konference i samme område
Pros:

Rigtig god seng, pænt rent og god plads på både værelset og i badeværelset. Endvidere var der et par lænestole og et lille bord samt en "arbejdsplads". Disse muligheder værdsætte jeg meget.
Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt.

Cons:

Der manglede noget bedre lys ved skrivebordet - en bordlampe ville have hjulpet meget.

grandes chambre bien insonorisée emplacement idéal proche salles palais des congrès
transport en commun pour centre ville direct face entrée de hôtel et surtout petit déjeuné très varié et de grande qualité
personnel très réceptif et efficace

Absence de frigo dans les chambres
pas de douche séparée dans les chambre
loin du centre ville une demi heure de bus

bonne situation/mes besoins

Cons:

PRIX que j'ai payé en réservant un mois à l'avance, en payant TOTALEMENT une semaine à l'avance via BOOKING et en voyant à mon arrivée à l'hôtel la même chambre affichée à 1/2 c à d deux fois moins chère
cela me semble TRES anormal voire scandaleux pour booking

La chambre et le confort du lit , salle de baî et vue

Cons:

Le spa ne marchait pas on avait réservé spécialement pour cela déçu l organisation de l hotel on a voulu boire un verre on a attendu 30 min et on est finalement sorti a l extérieur, pas super experience

super séjour dans un bel environnement, à proximité du centre en bus et au calme.
Pros:

La qualité de la literie, le quartier calme de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel de restauration. La propreté des lieux et le grand choix offert au buffet du petit-déjeuner. Le spa complétait bien notre séjour.

Cons:

L'équipe de la réception n'était pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel. Ils se sont trompé dans notre réservation du spa et n'ont pas su bien nous conseiller par rapport aux perturbations des transports en lien avec le marathon.

La qualité de la prestation et le professionnalisme du personnel de l'établissement. La situation géographique est au top.

Cons:

Avoir des articles de toilettes (coton tige, coton démaquillant...)
L'eau de ma carafe filtrée n'avait pas été changé (elle sentait très fort). Celle du jour suivant était parfaite.
