Between 26th Feb - 5th Aug we will be embarking on a £13 ft transformation of our hotel. It does mean that things might feel a little different to normal during this time - and there may be some alternative routes or temporary diversions in place – but rest assured we’ll still be delivering the same fabulous experiences, such as our award-winning breakfast and the chance to unwind in Burleigh Springs Leisure Club.
Reception remains open 24 hours a day and the team is on hand to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one.

Spa and restaurant facilities excellent.
Location was great when driving but accessing anywhere difficult on foot.
Location was excellent, within the University, secure free parking, decent rooms. Restaurant & bar were big, airy and really comfortable.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite which was great.
Breakfast buffet had a huge choice including vegetarian options, all the food was top quality.
Pool, spa, outdoor seating areas all available for use.
No air-conditioning in the room but a fan was provided.

Dinner in the new restaurant was excellent. Good food, service and big portions. Breakfast was lovely too. Loved the ambiance!
Check in service approach. Reservation guidelines did not match front desk instructions.
The restaurant was mainly vegan the only thing on the menu was fish and chips or burger and chips, I had the burger which was very nice, but the menu apart from that it was all vegan it was not my cup of tea, just look at the menu before you book the restaurant , the hotel ,room, pool area was great

All smooth. decent breakfast, good wifi. Comfortable room. No time to use the sauna, pool etc sadly.
The small fan was not really adequate in the heatwave. Maybe not their fault given the crazy temperatures, but they may need to consider how to solve this.
