Between 26th Feb - 5th Aug we will be embarking on a £13 ft transformation of our hotel. The hotel has something for everyone
Pros:

Modern. Clean. Relaxed and comfortable. The new dining area was really nice. Great location for the university. Well equipped gym. Good pool. Food was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms can get quite hot in the Summer as they don’t have air conditioning - just a fan is supplied in each.

Easy check in and out, nice staff, well appointed room.
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent facilities, had pool to myself!
Pros:

Perfect place for attending the School Games whilst having use of the gym and spa, and wonderful food at the restaurant

Cons:

Bedroom had no aircon - it was very warm and stuffy even with fan going. Room overall was great though.

trés bien pour une ou deux nuits dans le campus étudiant .Le lieu est calme en vacance scolaire.
Pros:

le petit déjeuné est bien . il y en a pour pour tout les gouts. les équipements, salle de sport et piscine.

Cons:

pas de climatisation. Chambre donnant sur un cour avec des table du restaurent. Comme il faisait chaud on dormait les vitres ouvertes et il y avait du bruit et on avait l'odeur de cigarette de fumeurs. la restauration n'est pas trés variée et trés grasse.
Un séminaire de l' Église de Jésus était présente pour le weekend et ses personne étaient trés bruyantes . C’était l'envahissement et l'anarchie au petit déjeuné.

Room was clean and quiet

Cons:

I booked an extra night, was told to see reception to reactivate key, which I did Saturday on my return in the evening, however key didn't work Sunday on my return. Apparently you have to do it after 12 on the extra day.

A lovely hotel, somewhat spoilt by the lack of air con.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our only criticism is that the rooms were very warm as they have no air conditioning, making an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Ok but wouldn’t stay again due to the rooms. Hotel facilities are good and so was breakfast.

Cons:

Had to move from first room as it was hot and smelt damp. Second room better but no air con, rooms had small table top fans that didn’t help. Was so warm and stuffy difficult to sleep

A fair night sleep but visit spoiled by the awful breakfast service.
Pros:

Nicely laid out. Good car parking. Fan in room.

Cons:

The self check in - no key cards available so member of staff had to come to me anyway. Only knew about registering car as had stayed before. Breakfast was awful- nowhere to sit - had to ask a member of staff to help me find a seat as eother occupied or full of dirty dishes. Toaster was set up incorrectly amd all toast etc was disappearing out the back of the machine. Bread knife was covered in chocolate spread - had to ask for a clean one. No jam etc in the help yourself machine. Couldn’t find any butter. Salmon not replenished. The fruit bowl had one solitary off colour and blemished orange in - not replenished during visit.

Expensive for what it is compared to other hotel and spas
