Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Hotel excellent location for visiting family in the area. Stay here several times a year.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked over the Easter weekend and it was very noisy late at night in the rooms and corridors. There was also restricted access to the pool and sauna which meant I couldn’t use these facilities during my stay.

Ok ish
Pros:

Very clean fairly modern. Good atmosphere and friendly enough.

Cons:

No hand soap in bathroom in the room. Only had a very small face soap bar. Bed was to firm for our taste. They advertise they serve a small selection of sandwiches after 10pm. Rang the number to be told she cant as she's alone to call another number. Called that other number to be told ive called the wrong number and they dont sell food after 10. Explained what the first lady said and he agreed to have a look what they had. Called back to say he can make a cheese sandwich and a packet of crisps. Can up looking at the very poorly presented sandwich and the wrong crisps ordered. Oh well dosnt matter now but not for us next time. Ok place but always room for an improvement there.

Not bad for a couple of nights but could be better with a bit more attention to detail.
Pros:

Liked the public areas. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Our room was very hot despite not having the radiator on. The duvet was very heavy and too warm for the room. The shower head was fixed and no shower cap provided so difficult not to get one’s hair wet. Breakfast so so.

The beds were rock hard, like sleeping on a table. The pillows were just as hard, we requested two soft pillows but they were also hard. Never slept for two nights

Softer beds and pillows.

Unhelpful staff, unreliable booking service, poor customer service.
Pros:

Cleanliness

Cons:

Camp bed confirmed on booking. Got there and there were no camp beds left so I had to sleep on the floor. Asked for an extra quilt and was refused one. Apparently they have no spare!
