Super expérience nous reviendrons !
Pros:

- Les équipements, le spa en particulier
- Personnel agréable et très accueillant
- la proximité de commerce aux alentours
- Le restaurant ainsi que l’espace loisirs vraiment super

Cons:

Étant une personne de grande taille, j’ai trouvé que la salle de bain était bas de plafond surtout en montant dans la baignoire mais il s’agit d’un détail le reste de la chambre était super !

Une adresse que nous validons et gardons
Pros:

Le complexe est superbe, l’emplacement, le fait qu’il y ait tout sur place, restaurant qui est très bon, activités, piscine. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux.

Cons:

L’isolement des chambres, on entend pas mal de bruits voisins.

Fabulous hotel at a fabulous price!!
Pros:

The lobby, bar, pool, restaurants and amusement area was fabulous. The breakfast was lovely. The staff spoke English which was brilliant and they were so nice. About a 10 min walk to the train which got us to Paris for 2 days, Val Del Europe one morning and to Disney for one day. Not much going on around the hotel itself. We used uber eats a lot for the teens. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious and buzzing on the Saturday night. The beds were so comfortable. They were made every day along with the room being cleaned and getting fresh towels. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for the price, we found it brilliant.

Cons:

We had a family room. If there is something to mention, there was some mould in the window in the upstairs room.

It’s a functional hotel with a good team, but the extra charges for basic spa comfort and the aging amenities in the roo
Pros:

•The room was generally clean.
• The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
• The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
• Access to the spa and pool is a great inclusion.

Cons:

• Spa Experience: While the spa is a nice feature, the sauna temperature was far too low. It felt like warm and didn't provide a true sauna experience.
• Hidden Costs: I was surprised to find that bathrobes and slippers are not included. Charging €12 per day for a robe and €2 for slippers feels excessive for a hotel with spa facilities. These should really be complimentary for guests using the wellness area.
• Room Amenities: The hairdryer in my room was very old and outdated—oddly enough, the dryers in the ladies' changing room at the spa were much newer and better.
• Odors: There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.

Pros:

L'hôtel en général est très bien. Aussi, le petit-déjeuner est qualitatif, varié et très propre. Un petit plus pour le choix de la chambre premium et de sa salle de bain attenante, que l'on recommande. Un grand merci pour la réactivité du personnel de nuit et de son amabilité. La piscine et le spa, était génial. Le parking sécurisé (et compris dans le prix) est très appréciable.

Cons:

Peut-être l'isolation faible entre les chambres, lorsque certains clients sont bruyants durant la nuit.

Pros:

Super fijne kamer met een fijn bed en ook super een
Gratis parkeerplaats! Super veel aanbod in activiteiten!! Vooral het zwembad en de sauna waren echt pluspunten. Heerlijke temperatuur, rustig en tot laat open. Ook hele fijne kleedkamers en douche aanwezig!

Echt top!! Wij willen zeker nog een keertje terug.
