Great location close to Disneyland. Modern decor throughout the hotel. Great facilities and bowling for kids was an additional bonus.

Cons:

Wasn’t allowed to use the pool after checkout whilst waiting for our transfer to arrive so kids were bored.

Good breakfast but zero hygiene.

The breakfast was the only thing I enjoyed

Cons:

I was given a period blood stained towel as a fresh towel to use. There were two people staying in the room and every day we were given only 1 towel between us. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The trash was never taken out of my room from day 1 when I checked in. I was sincerely irked out my entire stay.

La salle de gym très propre et agréable
Le petit déjeuner correct .
Les salons agréables mais manque de climatisation. Il faisait très chaud

Cons:

Difficile pour personne à mobilité réduite pour l’accès des chambre très loin.
La piscine pas facile pour descendre dans la piscine.
Dans les chambres pas de rangement fermé.
Le carrelage est extrêmement glissant .
Pas assez de chaise longue ni dedans ni dehors .
Le jardin n’est pas assez travaillé, l’herbe est sèche , peu d’assises avec des coins repos .
Dommage c’edt un beau potentiel.
Pas de quoi se restaurer au bar , même une glace , une pâtisserie ….

J’y ai passé une très bonne nuit, j’y retournerais avec plaisir.
Pros:

En entrant dans l’établissement vous êtes accueillis avec le sourire dans une ambiance parfumée. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Une assistance par messagerie est proposée. Ne pas hésiter à y prendre le petit déjeuner qui propose un choix varié aux goûts de tous. L’établissement est « pet friendly ». Mes deux passages ont été un vrai bonheur.

Cons:

Attention aux accrocs aux objets électroniques, sur les deux chambres visitées nous y avons constaté la présence d’une seule prise électrique disponible.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und das gesamte Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Kühlschrank kühlte leider kaum.

Cons:

Wir haben das Verhalten des Personals im Poolbereich als unangenehm empfunden. Aufgrund meiner bedeckten Kleidung wurde ich mehrfach sehr kritisch angesehen und es wurden mir merkwürdige Fragen gestellt, obwohl ich gar nicht schwimmen war, sondern nur meinem Mann und unseren Kinder. Zudem wurde angemerkt, dass die Schwimmkleidung unserer Kinder nicht geeignet sei, obwohl sie lediglich etwas langärmeliger war. Das fanden wir schade und hätten uns einen respektvolleren und offeneren Umgang gewünscht.

Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft.
