Hotel, singular, bien situado, personal, antipático
Pros:

El Hotel era muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto, con una instalaciones muy aceptables, la situación también estaba genial.

Cons:

El trato de recepción y del personal en sí, era un trato muy frío, tenía obsesión por hablar en inglés. Te hablaban constantemente en inglés, me encontré como en un Hotel extranjero.

Would be happy to stay again if in Madrid
Pros:

Close to main shopping area and not far from palace and art museum. The breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly

Cons:

Our room although close to our relatives room did look over a site being worked on so a little noisy but not enough to move room
The room was large with a large bathroom
