convenient location and stunning hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great location for walking around Madrid, checked out the rooftop bar but it was 95 degrees that day and that was a no go fo us, although on a cooler day it would be a great spot for relaxing

Confortável e óptima localização

Cons:

Na primeira noite ficámos num quarto no segundo andar do hotel virado para a rua principal. Toda a noite ouvimos muito barulho pela proximidade de uma discoteca. Na manhã seguinte mudámos de quarto e a experiência foi muito positiva

Nettes Hotel mit guter Lage

Freundlicher Service
Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend
Unser Zimmer war groß genug für zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kleinkind.
Die obere Terrasse (Rooftop) haben wir wetterbedingt nicht genutzt. Es sah aber sehr gemütlich aus.
Wir waren trotzdem mit allem zufrieden.

Cons:

Personalmangel
Leider waren die Teller beim Frühstück nicht gut abgewaschen und Essensreste klebten überall daran.
Hier und da hätte es besser geputzt sein können. - solide Sauberkeit. Wir hatten keinen Bademäntel, so wie es in der Zimmerbeschreibung bzw. Buchung stand.

Tesis, odaları ve lobi kirli ve özensiz. Kahvaltı hijyenik değil. Çalışanlar tecrübesiz ve agresif. Şikayetlerim ve taleplerim ancak üçüncü seferde ( müdüre söyledikten sonra) dikkate alındı
