Great location, but !
Pros:

Location and breakfast.

Cons:

Restaurant menu limited, not open every night, staff absent; same at the bar. Generally not overly welcoming.

Bedroom not clean, found glass and staples in the rug and corners.
Shower did not drain fast enough, basin did not hold water. Ants in the bathroom.
No room information pack, on WiFi, or mini bar prices. No local information.on Madrid. Mini bar not restocked on "cleaning" Many odd locked cupboard space, one large one had 4 off chairs stacked in it .....like general hotel storage.

Great location and base, fair price, but could be improved so much, with small changes, effort and staff enthusiasm.

Wonderful stay in Madrid
Pros:

Location, the lovely fragrant smell throughout hotel, plentiful water fountains to fill bottles, large rooms, modern styling.

Cons:

Nothing really, only thing missing was a pool. Rooftop one?

Great location and a cozy room with regular doors on the bathroom, but a disappointing breakfast
Pros:

Great location, close to the main railway station where the bus and train from the airport arrive, 15-20mins on foot to Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol, and 5-10mins to Prado; nice room and a good bed; good sound isolation from the street; nice bathroom with regular doors (not the sliding ones); good firm bed and ok pillows; usb-a and -c outlets on two positions in the room; staff at the reception was very kind and welcoming; water refill station in the hallway

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast for such a price range - not many choices with regard to the cold cuts, and the food is not so tasty (eggs and susages), cold chewy churros and the bad coffee from the machine, the good things are yoghurt with add-ons and the juices; the coffee from the nespresso in the room is better, alhough the regular coffee capsules were not refilled the second day

1000% would recommend this hotel! Perfect location & Rooms!
Pros:

Great location if its your first time in Madrid,
Super Central to all the landmarks and 10 mins walk away from Retiro Park & Museo Del Prado!

The Hotel has a great ambiance and well kept,
with friendly staff. Rooms were pretty spacious too!
All their receptions were great and accommodating, especially Pablo!
