Tolle Unterkunft für Kunstliebhaber
Pros:

Sehr gutes Stadthotel. Fußläufig erreicht man schnell die Kunstmuseen und den Retiropark. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.
Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Hat alles gepasst.

Pros:

Bonito e bem localizado. Cama confortável. Muito bom atendimento dos funcionários, bastante cordiais.

Cons:

O preço estava nas alturas, mas as demais acomodações também estavam. A limpeza poderia ser um pouquinho melhor nos quartos, mas nada grave.

Personalul atent, am facut early check in fara costuri, ai la o distanta foarte scurta cam tot ce vrei si vis-a vis e Museo Reina Sofia!

Cons:

Curățenia lasa de dorit si camera in care am stat noi (la ultimul etaj, cu o terasa enorma), are pereții mazgaliti, murdari. Plus ca sunt furnici in baie.
Micul dejun nu ne-a plăcut deloc, churros foarte uleios, cafea proasta, chiar nu recomand.

Pros:

Good location. Service was good. Room was spacious. Bar downstairs good. Normal Radisson standard in all Nordic countries.

We had booked a top floor terrace room with two single beds. However, it was not available on the day of arrival, so we were accommodated in a lower level room for the first night. The staff compensated us with a cheese plate and a beer.

Cons:

The breakfast was not of a high standard and it was crowded. The food was always out of stock, as were the dishes. There was no hand sanitiser available and the selection was also limited. I do not recommend the breakfast.

There is a large and significant nightclub in the building next door. Hundreds of people lined up there in the evening. They make a lot of noise! ​​Don't take the rooms on the lower floors for the weekend.

The level of cleaning could be improved. In addition, the air conditioning in the room sometimes leaked water onto the parquet floor.

The bed was too soft for a big man and the pillows were small.

Comfortable beds but there are better areas in Madrid
Pros:

It was convenient to the railway (we came from Seville by train) and to the Prado and the other museums. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was noisy at night, high in the building and adjoining the Teatro . We didn’t eat at the hotel. Eateries nearby were primarily fast food. The decor is very dark, and the internet wasn’t strong enough to support streaming to the TV (in our room anyway)

Pros:

Confortable, net, ben ubicat.
Cafè i te de cortesia a l'habitació.

Cons:

Finestres poc aïllades. Amb una discoteca al costat, no podíem dormir del soroll de la gent que estava a la porta cridant. Fins les 6.00 del matí.

Pros:

Rengøring i top, god beliggenhed

Cons:

Personalet var ej imødekommende, ej smilende, ikke helt dygtige - måske på grund af sprog barrieren, jeg snakkede engelsk til dem.
