Nice hotel, well situated with good service. We enjoyed our stay there; it was 3 nights. Near the hotel there is very good bakery, restaurant and metro station is in 5 minutes.
During my stay i needed medical assistance. The receptionist could not have been more helpful.
Great location close to the train and many places to eat and explore. Stayed for one night and it was perfect for what we needed.
The location is great and customer service was superb. Close to coffee shops and transportation facilities. The hotel is in a safe and nice neighborhood with great views of the city.

location ok, price ok, bed ok, the rest is poor I did not like the fact that their name includes the name 'Marais' where in fact you are NOT in the marais
Small compact but clean room. Includes a bottle of water and a soft drink and coffee pod machine. Hot water for tea, apple juice and a little cake at reception.

The bakery next door serve breakfast from 7:00 a.m. It is very good.
We stayed here for a few nights in their lead in room. Was lovely & clean. Cosy but it’s what you expect in Paris. Great location & budget friendly. We were able to walk to all the major sites from here and there is a train station super close by which is convenient. Would stay here again!
beautiful location and nice tidy rooms
Great hotel for a short trip to Paris. Spent 5 nights here and was in a good location to access the metro for sight seeing around the capital. The room was compact as we expected and wasn’t an issue for us, shower was fab and larger than had expected. Need to give a special mention to housekeeping, they were reliable and kept the room to a great standard was very clean on arrival and throughout our stay. Reception were friendly and informative when we engaged with them. We came back late at night a couple of times and felt perfectly safe though can understand that this may not be the case for everyone. A special mention to Maison Mai bakery next door who do amazing breakfasts, pastries and give such a warm welcome at an excellent value. Had breakfast here each day. Also a mention to Assanabel Republique restaurant less than a minutes walk away - amazing a must try Lots of great places to eat in the area and handy for the guard du Nord for Eurostar. Only issue we had in the hotel was a very rude maintenance man and really not sure why!
Room with Terrace on top floor, nice street & neighbourhood (Patisserie, Boulangerie, Wineshops, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Marché) in the middle of Paris, velo station velib around the corner, room was quiet & clean (good sleep quality) we were happy ❤️
Hotel Aida Marais is a decent hotel in an excellent location. Perfect for everyone that is into walking as you can reach a lot of Paris' most relevant attractions (Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, etc.) within half an hour. The Picasso museum is even closer.
Breakfast was good, with only ham and/or sausages missing.
Ask for a quiet room (yard side) in order to avoid noise that may come from the street.
Excellent bed, free tea and coffee. Room had no view but overall nice.

It needs to be cleaned asap and tha air conditioner must be cleaned and regularly maintained to get an better evaluation

If you stay more than 3-4 days, may be not comfortable, because in room big bed and dont have a normal wardrobe. If bad will be little bit smaller and found place for small wardrobe - will be comfortable.
But hotel location is great. 30 minutes walk to every Place.
The hotel is placed close to gate du nord and you can easily get there by foot. The hotel room was very small, the shower was halfway broken, you were able to look into the ceiling and the hairdryer was not really working. It shut itself off after 2-3 minutes, so you had to wait another 5 minutes until you were able to continue drying. The breakfast ist presented without love and not what we expect in a hotel. The welcome staff was friendly.
