Great experience

We had such a great stay at Peppers Apartments in The Vintage. The place was spotlessly clean, really well furnished, and felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was huge with both a bathtub and separate shower, which was a real treat.
The amenities were awesome too — we enjoyed a few games of tennis, and there were two pools to choose from for relaxing swims. My son & I had a ball scooting around the complex, which felt safe and family-friendly.
All up, a perfect mix of comfort and fun — we’d definitely come back!

Two bedroom villa exactly as advertised, immaculately clean with everything in working order. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Nineteen bar great vibe, live music, relaxing time away with family.

The house was beautiful and provided a very relaxing stay. Perfect location.

Very spacious house with three bedrooms. We had a great time there with friends, cooking and doing BBQ. We just hoped there was more cookware. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay in Hunter Valley.

Property is new and clean. Cozy fireplace and huge kitchen. Will definitely visit again.

Would have been 5 starts all round, except upon arrival we had a drainage issue in one of the bathrooms (which happens), and the smell was horrible. The issue for me was, there was no urgency for the staff to fix it and it took too long for someone to come out. It should have been and absolute priority when a guest is paying for a 3 bedroom house and 1 bedroom bathroom stinks! This part was upsetting, no apology either. (Not like I was asking for a partial refund, which I could have). I even went to the shops to buy drainage products at my own cost to try fix it and prevent the rest of the house smelling and ruining the holiday for my family.

Luckily, no one was staying in that room for the first 2 nights, but it’s not the point.

Besides that part being a bad experience, everything else was amazing.. house was mint, spacious, modern and gorgeous views onto the golf course. So handy having everything walking distance, as far as the nineteen pub and tab. Only a 5min drive to all that Hunter has to offer.

Do recommend and will book again (but will again buy and bring draino clean incase the stain stinks again).

A really beautiful place to stay and perfect for a group of friends as there are separate bedrooms and cooking facilities, balconies to enjoy a glass of wine and cheese

The property has been recently renovated and had a major update. It is very comfortable and pleasant. Very happy with our stay

Perfect getaway, great service and information on arrival. Departure team were a bit off though.

Check-in was delayed, with no form of recompense offered, but otherwise the property itself was lovely. Clean, spacious, pretty surroundings and access to 2 pools, which was much valued in the hot weather. We would return again.

This is a stunningly beautiful place, everything has been perfect

Our room had 2 bathrooms both with lovely deep baths. I would have liked it even more if a bath bomb or bubble bath was
provided to use with bath. A trip into town was needed for this to make best use of the bath… I’ve added it to my packing list. Would stay here again was close to wineries.

Always love of stay at the Grand Mercure when visiting the Hunter Valley. The staff are friendly and the food is superb

Large apartment perfect for a family or two couples. New, modern, spacious, light. Overall a great stay with lots of options for dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner) nearby.
