Es war okay.
Pros:

Das Zimmer an sich war gut. Wir hatten eine Suite, es gab einen Wasserkocher und Minibar (die Getränke waren allerdings nicht inklusive).
Der Ausblick war wunderschön, man hat einen direkten Blick auf das Meer.
Es ist eine Spielzimmer für Kids vorhanden.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad auszuleihen (35€ pro Tag).
Direkt in der Nähe vom Hotel gibt es Spielautomaten für Kinder, eine Eisdiele und ein Restaurant.
Der beheizte Pool war super für die Kinder.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation ist ein wenig angespannt. Es gab zu wenig Parkplätze und zu eng bzw. viele Gäste konnten nicht parken.
Der Laminatboden im Zimmer war kaputt. Das Badezimmer ist zu klein. Die Betten haben gequietscht.
Das Frühstück für ein 4-Sterne Hotel war durchschnittlich. Wir haben schon besseres Frühstück in einem 3-Sterne Hotel gehabt. Es gab gar kein frisches Salat/Gemüse, von den Obstsorten gab's auch zu wenig Auswahl und diese waren nicht reif (Ananas, Melone, Kiwi).
Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich hat nicht funktioniert und war sehr schmutzig. Der überdachte Whirlpool hatte auch eine technische Störung.
Kinderclub ist erst ab Juni geöffnet, obwohl es in der Beschreibung nirgendwo stand.

pavimenti il legno in alcuni punti rovinato
armadio con ante da registrare le ante erono dure da aprire
la porta del bagno era tirare verso la camera e non rimaneva aperta di conseguenza non potevi far areggiare il bagno e visto che il bagno era senza finestre e condotto di aspirazione è abbastanza importante poter lasciare la porta aperta anche solo per fare uscire l'umidità e il vapore dell'acqua calda.

Hotel TOP in TUTTO e per TUTTO
Pros:

Appena arrivi all’hotel, rimarrai colpito dalla sua struttura impeccabile. La pulizia esterna, le piante curate, i vetri scintillanti e il pavimento impeccabile creano un’ottima prima impressione.
Il check-in è un’esperienza piacevole, grazie alla cortesia e alla professionalità del personale. Sono preparati, educati e piacevolmente cortesi, rendendo il processo rapido e senza intoppi.
La camera è un’oasi di comfort e spazio. È immacolata, con un terrazzo privato, un’ampia doccia e un letto comodissimo. TV, Wi-Fi e un frigobar assortito completano l’esperienza.
La colazione è un buffet infinito, che offre una vasta scelta di opzioni per colazioni all’italiana o continentali.
Insomma, questo hotel è davvero TOP in tutto e per tutto.
