great rooms, very nice beds, staff mostly very helpful. Shower did not work - only got tepid warm, no hot water. The coffee service in lobby was spotty - and when no coffee, the front desk did not seem to care much - so did not taken care of - said to go out local coffee shop. Not acceptable for such a fine hotel, but still a nice place to stay
Everything wonderful including the midnight fresh air “experience” caused by being evacuated for a fire in the laundry vents.
All were calm and very professional.
While an excellent hotel, there were several things out of order. Given the price, we honestly expected better. But the staff was wonderful, and the location is perfect.
Location is great and the service and and all employees from the valet to room service were exceptional!
We will be back! The location is great for exploring the Vail Village and located near several dining options. We enjoyed the lobby lounge areas as well as the live music from the bar lounge. The rooms were clean and the maid service each day was nice. Thanks to all the staff!!

Clean room
Over price and overrated property. Even though it shows parking available it’s only valet which costs you 60$ per night. Also the hotel has a separate fee of 60$ per night which I wasn’t aware of till check out.

The room was nothing special with a dated bath. The room was warm so I turned the ac cooler, but it reset to 74 degrees in the middle of the night without me knowing, making for a hot and uncomfortable sleep. Location is good. I usually stay at another hotel in Vail, but wanted to try others. I won’t stay here again.
No coffee maker in room; no true dining room - bar dining very loud. All staff great!
Room was dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Air conditioner didn’t work. Otherwise, beautiful stay in Vail.
Beautiful location, enjoyed the scenic walk along the river to dinner. Very much appreciated the staff and pet friendly environment.

It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!
