Lovely customer service and clean, quiet accommodation - perfect for our needs.
Pros:

It’s very private and safe, and we find it to be quiet enough for solid rests during sporting tournaments.

Not the greatest for the price

Horrible uncomfortable bed.
Not very clean accommodation.
Bathroom was not very clean.
Apartment could do with a really good clean. A bit grotty for my liking. Outdoor patio/verandah very grotty too.
Could add more pictures, but wouldn't let me.
Charged more that what was listed on the site, not really impressed with that.
Have stayed at other places cheaper and way nicer.

In need of refurbishment

Basically clean

Dated furnishings, curtains hanging off, cupboards peeling and past its best, overdue for a refurbishment.

Absolute hole there was mince underneath the couch pillows guaranteed if you go back there and have a look, it’ll still

I like that the property was close to the business. I had to take care of.

Cons:

So I didn’t like I arrive with my family of five children and my wife. I asked the manager from my balcony where the pool was. He came back at me. He said no partying. All the kids are under 14 you think they’re really going to party. he immediately started screaming and swearing and saying that he was gonna kick me out after I said he was a c…..sucker and shouldn’t speak to his customers like that and if I was to party, I would be allowed until 10 o’clock anyway. He then started to go on that he had 30 years experience by judging a book by its cover. He was absolutely rude and I would not recommend anyone to stay there and if you are to stay there oh and the room the kids slept in smell like cats urine

The guy manager is rude
Pros:

Great Location

Cons:

The manager is rude. He can’t escalate the problem in a nice way. I am a manager myself in a hospitality and I know how to escalate a problem in a nice way.
Especially if it’s about the customer safety.

My partner went to him and ask why his so rude to my sister and as expected he gave him the same behaviour.

He shouldn’t be in there facing customers concern if he can’t even calm himself with the situation.
