Cons:

I stayed in handicap room. The ice machine and washer/dryer was against adjoining wall and was very noisy!

Price Based Standard
Pros:

Standard, uninspiring stay. Room were spacious and beds comfortable. Room had a sour carpet smell which was unpleasant.
Thanks to the housekeeping team who do a great job in consistently replacing towels and amenities - a blessing.
Breakfast is unappetising with zero fresh appeal. Generic, institutional fare.
Dining area is not serviced with lots of uncleared good and stains on tables. They need a shake-Up.

Great staff
Pros:

Perfect location if you have students at University of Mary Hardin Baylor. Easy to get to any place in Temple, Belton and Killeen. Great staff!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

The hospitality of the staff and personnel that catered to every situation or need that we had and they’re willing to allow us to stay a little later in facilities like the swimming pool and barbecue area was super amazing

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was we had an incident with our medication missing, but it was our fault. We did not put it in a secure location or take it with us
