Would be good to have heated pool for kids
A bit pricey
Good price. Proximity to the zoo, which was the main reason for our trip.
The pillows were not very comfortable. We had trouble sleeping. Air conditioning didn't work. Even after informing reception, it didn't improve. Three of us in one room. It was like a sauna in there!

It’s still under construction. No proper swimming pool. No proper response or address to grievances from the guests. Didn’t felt like the usual Novotel experience we always used to get in other countries.

Ma mi sembra un po’ assurdo lasciare tutte le camere senza phon mio figlio si è lavato capelli siamo scesi a chiederne uno ma non ne avevano aNESSUNO…in un 4 stelle mi sembra assurdo…risultato capelli bagnati come tanta gente che abbiamo visto a colazione.
Spazi giusti per 4 persone.
