Was a ok stay but wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel.
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t well managed, no plates, no pancake mix, no Nutella, had to always be calling staff to replenish. Room was a bit dusty. And linen and towels didn’t smell fresh.

Dommage qu’une grande partie de l’hôtel soit en travaux avec des nuisances sonores la journée .

Os funcionários prontamente se disponibilizaram a resolver a situação da melhor maneira.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço e o conforto.

Cons:

Ter chegado perto da meia noite e só ao terceiro quarto é que nos arranjaram aquilo que tínhamos reservado que era uma cama queen e sofá cama para as crianças.

Pros:

The room size was quite good, and the shower was very nice

Cons:

Breakfast is dull, always the same food, not tasty, even 35 min before the end of breakfast time the staff starts wrapping up and doesn't allow you to sit at the "already cleaned tables". Queues at the entrance because they insist to sit you but there is not enough staff for that. 30 min before the breakfast time ends, they start to pressure you to finish.
