La habitación familiar muy amplia y limpia, y el personal muy amable siempre.
Todo perfecto
They were helpful with the parking ticket even when I checked out early they were willing to keep my parking spot until after we walked to a coffee shop and back
They were changing redecorating some parts in the lobby-

El registro fue un poco lento
Lá habitación era buena, confortable y limpia con una bella vista de la ciudad de Lisboa.
El desayuno estaba excelente y muy diversificado, superó nuestras expectativas.
El hotel esta pasando por una reforma en sus areas comunes. El gimnasio no estaba disponible y el piso cerca de la recepción estaba con placas de madera para separar la obra, pero el local estaba suyo y con trabajadores pasando a todo momento por los mismos corredores.

Piscina sovraffollata bar della piscina inesistente e lavori di ristrutturazione in corso al Piano o terra area piscina.
Breakfast was ok. Reception staff was friendly.
Stinking rooms, AC doesn’t work properly, health club unusable, pool opens and closes during working hours, loads of dust everywhere.
Staff in bar and restaurant had very poor service levels and food choices were very limited. This hotel is probably the worst Novotel I have ever Visited.
