A comfortable and pleasant stay with friendly staff and an okay location.
Pros:

The hotel has a very good location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable and well organised, and the hotel offered what we expected. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

There was nothing serious that we did not like. The hotel met our expectations.

Pros:

The location was close to the airport and the metro is round the corner staff are very friendly and always there to help

Cons:

The room was connecting and one night someone tried coming into our room as it was unlocked told staff the next day and they sorted it

Gutes Hotel ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums, jedoch gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. Au

Frühstück gut und Lage ausserhalb Stadtzentrum, aber mit Metro sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Hotel für 2-3 Tage geeignet.

Cons:

Man erhielt verschiedene Auskünfte betreffend Zimmerreinigung, die dann nicht gemacht wurde. Diese Art von unterschiedlichen Auskünften gab es auch bei anderen Fragen. Das Hotel macht z. Z. grössere Renovationnen und daher klönen Teile nicht genutzt werden und es ist auch öfters laut.

Melhor o atendimento do restaurante.
Pros:

Recepção atendeu bem.

Cons:

Estava tudo bem. O único problema é o restaurante, funcionários pouco ou mesmo nada atenciosos. Chegamos tarde e o atendimento foi muito mau, entendemos que os horários de saída são para cumprir. Mas a comunicação é essencial e o sorriso não existe. Preço qualidade/Servico não está justo.

café da manhã foi ótimo, que acabei tomando somente um dia, porque resolvemos sair antes no sabado pra passear porque o café ia ser servido somente mais tarde do que o normal nos dias da semana.

Reservei esse hotel com muita antecedência, mas foi decepcionante demais, logo que chegamos uma fila pra fazer o check in que estava do lado de fora, achei estranho e quando chegou minha vez perguntei, era um voo cancelado e foram realocados para Novotel, estava uma bagunça, todos reclamando, mas meu problema foi que minha reserva eram para três pessoas, chegamos exaustos e nao tinham toalhas nem roupa de cama suficiente para os 3, entao sem possibilidade de tomar banho naquele momento, descemos para academia, e sem aviso prévio, estava sem funcionamento, em obra, o andar estava todo em reforma sem condicões de transitar, poeira e sujeira pra todo lado, ou seja era pra ficar 3 dias e acabamos saindo cedo antes mesmo de acabar nossa diária. Eu esperava tanto de vocês e fui surpreendida com esses transtornos, infelizmente. Desculpa o desabafo, mas preciso relatar para que não aconteça com demais hóspedes. Eu acho que pelo menos o cuidado com o numero de hospedes que ficaria naquele quarto deveriam ter checado para ter as toalhas e lençøis suficientes para todos, mas depois de solicitado a equipe levou rápido.

Tolles Hotel mit guter ÖV Verbindung in der Nähe!
Pros:

Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet! Betten waren bequem! Trotz Umbau war es sehr ruhig in den Zimmern!
Nahe Metro und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür! Parking gleich im Hotel unten drin!
