Localização excelente e quarto com dimensões generosas.
Bom pequeno almoço.
Tinham apenas gel de banho, shampo e sabonete líquido. Pedi toucas de banho e trouxeram toucas daquelas para segurar cabelos, mas não impermeáveis.
A sala do pequeno almoço era pequena para o número de hóspedes (estão em obras, não sei se era uma solução temporária), o que originou grandes filas de espera. Além disso, tinha carpete no chão (compreende-se por causa do barulho nos corredores, mas não num local com comida).
O sumo de laranja não era natural, o que não é compatível com um hotel deste valor e qualidade.

El personal
La ubicación, muy alejado de la zonas que teníamos previsto visitar y que está en obras, el precio también me pareció elevado dado que estaba en obras y en mi caso por el precio que pagamos la noche no incluía el desayuno. La manilla de la puerta del baño rota.
Habitación familiar amplia y limpia. A pesar de que había afluencia en el comedor en el desayuno, estaba muy bien organizado y rápidamente te sentaban.
Que estaba en plena reforma y había ruidos por obras

La ventilacion hacia muchisimo ruido se lo comenté varias veces al personal y no nos hicieron ni caso.

We weren’t aware / made aware of the property having improvement works done meaning the pool couldn’t be used

stayed for 1 night to catch bus at sete rios in the morning. everything was as you would expected in this type of hotels
