Preis-Leistung passt nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Marina und an der Uferpromenade.

Cons:

Zimmer klein, Hocker vor dem Schreibtisch ging kaputt und es dauerte 3 Reklamationen, um ihn zu ersetzen. Badezimmer sehr eng. Nicht jeden Tag Wasser am Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Zimmer roch muffig (altes Gebäude) und die Eingangstüre zum Zimmer klemmte. Dem Kellner im Frühstücksraum kam kein Lächeln aus.

Cons:

Sporca, vecchia, colazione sotto le aspettative. Ci vuole poco per dare una sensazione di pulizia e accoglienza. Ogni volta che entravo in stanza avevo una sensazione (e non solo sensazione) di incuria e sporcizia.

Décevant et sans âme. A besoin d'une rénovation complète.

Bonne situation. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Un des réceptionnistes était très aimable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très vétuste. Il aurait besoin d'une rénovation importante. La chambre supérieure avait une belle vue sur Pico mais l'état de la chambre laissait à désirer (panier poubelle déchiqueté, cabine de douche en plastique très vieillotte, un tiroir en bois fendu, miroir avec rayures...). Certes c'est un endroit historique, mais le prix n'est pas justifié par rapport à d'autres pousadas au Portugal. Il manque d'élégance (fleurs, tapis, meubles, etc.)

La struttura è in una posizione invidiabile con vista sull’isola di Pico e in pieno centro a Horta. Di per sé, se ristrutturata sarebbe bellissima

Cons:

L’hotel ha 20 anni e ne dimostra 30. I materassi sono sfondati, i cuscini pessimi. La stanza era poco pulita ( capelli e peli). Colazione basica in un ambiente un po’ triste. Ad agosto abbiamo speso 350€ a notte che totalmente ingiustificato. Vista la dimensione dell’isola molto meglio scegliere un appartamento

Once again Wonderfull
Pros:

Working this time.
That´s not the first time that I came to Faial to work. since the hotel that my company uses was full, I choose Pousada for staying, because I already stayed there during vacation time this year. This is simply an amazing place to stay, I just love them. To all the Staff - They are so nice. Breakfast is very complete, a lot of options.
The room was so nice and clean.
Thank you very much. I will stay again!!
