It was good, I’d stay here again.
Pros:

The location was great for where we needed to be. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t like not having a continental breakfast. I also didn’t like that you had to use your key card to use the elevator. We had a mix up in our room and the room we had was good but a bit narrow especially having the single beds when you first walk in.

Great stay, will definitely come again 🙂
Pros:

The location was excellent. Only 5-7 minutes to/from the sports event we were attending. Very courteous helpfully front desk & cleaning staff.
Stayed in one of the newly upgraded loft suites. Lots of comforts of home. With comfortable seating. Love the loft, nice & quiet.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, only suggestions. Shelves above the toilets & a makeup mirror in the bathroom. A clothing bar above safe for jackets or a coat rack added to the end of the hallway opposite the safe.

Pros:

Loved being on main floor. Location was close to Winsport. Good restaurant selection within a mile

Cons:

Loveseat in room needs replacing. We stayed for 4 nights, got room “tidied” after the third night, Covid has been over for years, why is the customer still suffering?

It was a bed to sleep in and we survived but definitely won’t be back.
Pros:

Easy parking, good for getting right on the highway and to your destination

Cons:

Dirty! Food or some sort of drink poured down the side of the walls. Bunk bed had multiple scratches and what looked like teeth marks. The overhead for the curtains had old (what looked like) fold chunks. My kids found numerous amounts of left over items under the beds- croc jibbits, spray caps, popcorn, weird metal pieces.
Spiders, pill bugs and multiple beetles every day in the bathroom and kitchenette area.
Plumbing was awful, first night the toilet ran all night. Despite letting front desk know, no one came to fix. I don’t know how in a hotel you run out of hot water but not even enough to run my kids bath.

When we stayed the lobby was being renovated, pool is closed wish they had put that or send an email that there are parts of the hotel being renovated, my friend and i were planning to swim

If the AC was on at night that would’ve been nicer because we were out of the room all day only slee
Pros:

The location was a bit hard because the entrance after the circle exit is very close and hard

Cons:

The room was hot because the AC was turning it’s self off every 10 minutes or less so it was very annoying

nice rooms, pool under construction

Room bed location

Cons:

pool was closed. had to call booking.com to discuss our displeausure as the staff couldn't help me. The staff assured me that mentioning that the pool was closed would have occured at the booking. After spending lots of time on the phone with booking.com - the agent told me the staff would offer us something else in return. They offered a pool at a different hotel downtown. We rejected their offer and I guess that's the end of it.
