The pillows were too hard. The shower handle was broken. There was hair in the tub.
And their credit card policies are antiquated. The property happily charged my card via Booking but upon check in front desk had an issue with my maiden name on the credit cart and went as far as to request a marriage certificate to charge me the room deposit. Who travels with a marriage certificate! So then she took my husband’s CC and ID even though they were not even on the reservation. So please update your policies to reflect that when a woman gets married and changes her last name she may still have items in her maiden name. If my maiden name CC was good enough to pay for the room it should’ve been good enough to pay the deposit without the theatrics of an international airport security.

Decent but not great.
Pros:

Abundant parking. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Loudest AC ever. Couldn’t sleep. In addition, the faucet was horrible where if you turned it on slightly, the steam was bad and water would go everywhere.
