Reine Enttäuschung!!!

Ruhige Lage, mehr in meinen leider nicht

Ein Zimmer gebucht, wo in der Bildergalerie des Zimmers die Decken wunderschön verziert waren. Wir haben dann leider im Nebenhaus ein stinknormales Zimmer bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend für den Preis. Auf Fragen nach dem richtigen Zimmer hieß es dann nur, wir haben nur einen Raum mit Deckenverzierungen. Ja, das war dann ein Konferenzraum.
Fakt ist, es wird mit Zimmern geworben, die es nicht gibt. Das sollte fairerweise dann in den Bilder bei Booking auch entsprechend angepasst werden.
Ich habe das teure Zimmer nur deswegen gebucht und hätte nochmale Zimmer ohne Ende für viel weniger Geld buchen können.

Disappointing stay due to unfriendly staff, unclear pet policy, and poor service quality.
Pros:

The room was warm, clean, and very quiet. The staff kindly provided an orthopedic pillow upon request, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

My stay was unfortunately very disappointing. I had clearly informed the hotel in advance that I was traveling with both a cat and a dog. However, at check-in the receptionist reacted in an unkind and aggressive manner, insisting that only one pet was allowed — despite the prior confirmation. When I asked what to do, I received a reluctant “Fine, whatever.” This was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

There was no clear information on the website or Booking about any pet fees, yet at check-out I was charged €30 for my Labrador (around 32–35 kg) and €10 for my cat. I travel frequently across Europe with my pets, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such unclear and unfriendly handling.

The staff could be much more polite and attentive. Dinner options were limited (only 7 out of 12 items available), and the breakfast buffet was disappointing — hot dishes were cold.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, mainly due to the poor attitude of the staff and lack of transparency about pet policies.

Cons:

der Naturpool war aus verschieden Gründen sehr verdreckt und nichts nutzbar. Hierfür waren teils äußere Umstände verantwortlich, die das Hotel nicht beeinflussen konnte, trotzdem wäre es bei dem Preis wünschenswert gewesen, dass vielleicht mehr Aufwand betrieben wird, um das Schwimmbecken zu säubern.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Das historische Gebäude, in dem jetzt ein Hotel untergebracht ist, hat einen gewissen Charme.Der Schlosspark ist sehr einladend für lange Spaziergänge

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht.Es ist zwar nicht wirklich weit zu gehen, aber doch eher unpraktisch die Tasche zu tragen und sich komplett anziehen zu müssen um ins Zimmer zurück zu gelangen
