Excellent hotel for service, location, comfy bed and river views
Pros:

Large King room, great view, great spa with all the facilities including Gym, Hot tub, Sauna, Cold tub and nice indoor pool. The food was good especially the fish in the Chinese restaurant. Breakfast buffet was fine and service very good. We especially like dining in the lounge on the 18th floor. Western food was delivered to our great view private alcove.

Cons:

One issue was the long wait to get food in the Chinese restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for our lunch and same for a dinner. Also, my wife complained about the dirty locker room in the ladies. She told staff and they responded well. Surprised there was no seating in the huge lobby. We had to stand for 10 minutes waiting for a taxi. However, one time staff let us wait in the nearby restaurant,
