Worst experience ever!!! I had booked this because in the pictures they have which shows their amenities and their appeal to families. However, it was a sham. When we got there the pool was dirty. Our room key would not open the pool door. Even after they changed the key twice. Our room door would not close by itself unless we closed it by hand. The worse thing however, was the rank smell the room had. It was unbearable to be there. The only reason I had to stay one night out of the 3 nights I had booked was because it was late and I could not book anything else until morning. They didn’t approve a refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay. It went up all the way to general manager and they still denied it. Even after I did everything I was told to do to process the refund. Dave yourself from anguish and do not risk staying here.

There was an added charge to our room booking through Expedia along with overpaying for the rooms of 100 bucks looking through Expedia as well.
I got charged twice on my reservation card and my actual in person swipe. Never got an answer from manager. I had to go through my bank to dispute. Took me 2 months to get my money back
I reserved a king room, when we arrived at 7:30 at night we were told that we could only get a double because the kings werent cleaned. The next morning i talked to the manager, Sal, and he upgraded us to a king suite. The breakfast was not very good.
This was a nice place to stay. Pool was warm. Hot tub didn't work and 3rd floor arcade was out of order. The staff was really really nice!!

First and last time staying here. At first sight, room looks clean with working a/c. Breakfast area was clean. Mattress are slightly uncomfortable. Website advertised king sized bed when they only have queen. They have a little park for the toddlers to play / mini golf area for the older ones. Sadly, we had roaches in our room / restroom.

Quiet, safe, family friendly. Basic but dated rooms. Good breakfast options (free). Friendly front desk staff. Three days without a bed linen change or room cleaning. Bed skirts were dirty. Pool and hot tub need to be cleaned more thoroughly.
Great staff! Good breakfast, everyone was able to find something to their liking. Our room did have a bathroom door that swung inward making for a slightly awkward entry and exit, but livable with. The free arcade room and pool was a hit with my grandchild, she didn't get a chance to try out the miniature golf course, but it looked pretty good. The only negatives were rather picky. Ice machine and drinks machine were both out of order on the first floor, but worked fine on the second. The spa worked fine, but was not heated. If that is the worst I could come up with, then by all means would stay here again! 10 minute drive to Seaworld on a Monday morning.
This was my 3rd time staying at your hotel and i have enjoyed each stay and i plan to stay in the future.
Most of the amenities were closed-hot tub was broken, pool was disgusting, game room was closed, vending machines empty. Our fridge didn’t work for 2 of our 3 nights, they could only offer us a new room but didn’t have another to sleep 5 people. So we had to throw away tons of food. They finally swapped out the fridge our LAST night. The fish tank in the lobby was filthy and made the lobby smell terrible. The shower design had the shower head pointed straight at the curtain so the bathroom flooded everytime we showered.
I booked King bed, the front desk sent me to a 2 beds room at 318, which was not cleaned, bed was not made, garbage was not cleaned. I showed my reservation to the front desk that I booked a king bed room, she said she received from Expedia 2 beds room. I asked her show me the record, she said she had changed it to be king size, no way to show me. She also said the cleaning lady was very good, and she had reported the room unclean to her manager. I do not understand how she could send us to the uncleaned room. Then she sent us to room 119, where smell mold. If they change hotel name as None Quality Hotel, will be more accurate. Probably will never stay any Quality Inn the rest of my hotel staying.
I did not like that my bath towels had holes in them nor did I like the Continental breakfast buffet with the maintaining of the counter and serving bar. It was just unkept.
Liked the location, problems with shower drainng & aquariums were moldy, mold growing out, od the tank
I had previously stayed at this hotel and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This stay was horrible. We had already paid and checked in when the clerk called our room and said they needed my card. She wanted to keep my card stating it was policy. When we refused she wanted to take a picture. Card was already in system and she was demanding we give her the card. When we refused we were told to leave. Everything seemed shady to me.
The hallways smelled weird....game rooms stank, and the fish tanks were dirty. But the rooms were clean enough.
