Downtown Plymouth is 3 miles away
Pros:

Our tour of about 50 stayed at this hotel after visiting Plymouth. Downtown Plymouth is 3 miles away. We found our guest room to be clean and comfortable. The hotel features a hot breakfast. There is an Indoor Pool with a Spa and Fitness Center. The rooms are pet friendly with a fee. They allowed us a prompt check in, to accommodate some evening group plans. Parking is free and wheelchair spaces are available. There is a Business Center and two Meeting Rooms. Most amenities are wheelchair accessible, and the entire hotel is smoke free. We found friendly people and good service.

Great staff, modern facility, beautiful views.
Pros:

The canal was beautiful and the walking trail was a great bonus.

The breakfast was very good.
The Halloween party and costumes were special.

We were traveling to visit with family for Christmas.This was a perfect location for our visit .We were about 10 minutes

Great location for me.Pet friendly hotel!It was clean and staff were amazing from arrival through departure!

My room was close to the elevator and we could hear it when it was going go up and down frequently!

Pros:

Location was good, breakfast had multiple choices.

Cons:

The doors were too thin, I could hear people talking i n the hall. I could hear people running the water, so the walls aren’t thick enough. Everything else was good.

Pleasant Plymouth Surprise
Pros:

Very nive, clean updated hotel. Jill at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was goo. Bed was comfy and linens were soft. We will definetly stay here again.

A great experience as usual, except for the check in process. I’m never using booking.com again
Cons:

I booked through booking.com and checking in was a bit of a nightmare because the system didn’t have me in correctly. The only saving grace was that the Hampton Inn desk staff was very helpful and resolved the situation.
