Nice hotel but couldn’t use the pool it was too cold
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean
Nice hot tub and fitness center

Cons:

The indoor pool is supposed to be heated but it’s freezing cold I couldn’t tolerate getting in it

Wonderful weekend getaway
Pros:

My husband and I stayed for Valentines day weekend. Very clean rooms. Property is at a great location. Loved that it's quiet. Right next to the Gateway Theater and Gateway Diner. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Pool and hot tub are open till 11 pm. Huge plus! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Good size room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Small TV's. Low water pressure in the shower. No microwave. Old, uncomfortable couch.

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff and environment. Close enough to Gettysburg without being in the middle of "busyness".

Cons:

The swimming pool was a little cold, especially for February.

negative as no consideration about refunding for app error.
Cons:

I accidently booked two rooms, glitch with app and hotel and booking.com couldn't help refund. When I checked in lovely receptionist said she only saw one room booked and booked me in room 628. When I checked out the folio said I stayed in room 630. I called while on the road to advise hotel to clean room 628 as I didn't stay in room 630.

I would hope good customer service would have refunded me the room charge. Not sure I will use booking.com again.

Maybe try the hotel next door next time.
Pros:

The hotel staff were really great. Chelsea at the bar is just an absolute Gem! She was awesome!

Cons:

The beds were all hard. There were people smoking weed in their room. Outlets were not operational in one of our rooms. We changed rooms 3 times.
