Short stay thankfully. Sounded nice but it’s a dated and no breakfast or coffee came with the price of the room!

overall we would stay here again. The rooms were clean and also the hotel it self was clean. Nice room setup and big bat

Such a nice hotel, spacious and beautiful inside with great amenities. King suite had HUGE walk in shower with multiple shower heads and the room was set up nicely.

Cons:

could use some updates here and there. Tv was missing remote in one of the rooms we had. Would have liked if the wifi could have worked as well but it never would connect. get the pool heater working.

No room service, no morning coffee, restaurant food was cold, restaurant waiters rushed us to finish our meal, luggage carts were filthy and smelled

We got a suite. Nice area. Bed was ok. Pillows were hard as a rock. Kids running up and down the halls at all hours keep

Lack of communication when the fire alarm went off and the whole building was evacuated. We waited outside for an hour before staff said anything. It was also 2:00 in the morning.

Pros:

The location and the size of the room were both good. The room was clean.

Cons:

I didn't like that housekeeping came into my room while we're gone. used to be only if we needed or while we stayed. The pool needs to be redone it's horrible. But carpets are ratty and old and fraying in places. Easy for an accident to happen with an older person especially. I just really feel like the quality of this place is not what it used to be.
