A few reports of poor TV reception or perceived overpriced for issues

Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Generally reported as clean in many reviews ("very clean", "room was clean and comfortable"), but multiple specific complaints (sticky/dirty-feeling floors, hair in pool, reports that floors felt dirty and a room not well cleaned) lower the score.
Service
9.1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (breakfast staff called out by name, good arrival assistance); a few service missteps (initial room sold-out comment, shuttle coordination issues) noted but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.2
Location is consistently praised for being very convenient to the airport and local destinations (frequent mentions of proximity and shuttle availability), making this a clear strength.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with extra seating, but several issues reported (sofa bed comment, noisy running water in one room, water not getting hot, lack of view for some ground-floor rooms, sticky floor) temper the rating.
Amenities
7.7
Breakfast offerings and shuttle service are positive amenities, but the pool is frequently criticized (very cold, poor ventilation, hair in pool) and shuttle being a multi-facility operation caused convenience concerns.
Value for Money
8.9
Multiple reviewers call the hotel good value or affordable for its offerings (close to airport, breakfast included); a minority felt it was overpriced given perceived cleanliness or room issues.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast receives strong praise (varied selection, pancake maker, warm rolls, availability very early), with only minor suggestions (preference for scrambled eggs in one comment). Overall very positive.
Overall Experience
7.7
Most guests report a very good overall experience and willingness to return (quiet, comfortable, convenient), but recurring property issues (pool temperature, some cleanliness concerns, occasional room/amenity problems) keep the overall score slightly below top-tier.

Okay
Pros:

The beds were nice clean and comfortable also loved the towel restock

Cons:

The pool was freezing, we have little kids and booked there because it had an inside pool. Water was so cold even my kids didn’t want to swim.
My hotel room water didn’t get hot or even warm, room 345.

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast . it but, amazingly, it was available at 3:30 in the morning

Cons:

I wish I had known that the shuttle to the airport was part of a multi facility operation. I would have scheduled my pickup a little earlier to avoid anxiety about catching my plane on time.
