A little disappointed
Pros:

The location is great for access into and out of SMA. The concierge staff were very helpful.the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

It’s either booking.com or the hotel- not sure which but we paid in full up front months ago and we got one of the oldest rooms with no view except the garage. The chair was grubby, as were the carpet. Electrical outlets are not conveniently located.

Relaxing respite after an ambitious week of sightseeing
Pros:

the grounds are beautiful with lots of places to find a quiet spot to read, relax or converse. Service was attentive and responsive.

Cons:

The room furnishings were older and more basic, our room overlooked a utility shed - but that location in the hotel was very well priced, it was fine for the amount of time we spent in the room

El hotel en general es muy limpio y bonito

Cons:

Me gustaría que para mi próxima visita la alberca este limpia, pues no pudimos hacer uso de la misma porque no tenia mantenimiento y se encontraba un poco sucia

It's fine for an overnight stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was VERY helpful and accommodating to help me modify the reservation accidentally made for a different date. Room was quite large, clean and quiet. Room service was reasonable.

Cons:

Front desk staff was helpful but not very friendly/happy. Reserved a pool view, got a view of grass/dirt and construction (a little disappointing since the hotel wasn't booked. 'Cafe Americano' was instant, not brewed, and asked for milk but offered only powder.

La alberca era un témpano de hielo, de las 6 o 7 familias que estábamos, nadie pudo ingresar a la alberca, es un engañó la descripción de la alberca climatizada

todo es excelente, la atención, el cuarto, la limpieza de las habitaciomes, el desayuno está muy rico, te reciben con un saludo, una sonrisa, la gente de la recepción super amabale, los meseros super, sobre todo José, estuvimos felices todos, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Great location but would never stay there again.
Pros:

The pool.

Cons:

The bathroom door was molded and had exposed metal that could easily slice your toe open. The beds were uncomfortable. No Kleenex in the room. The pool bar served warm beer. The bar was dirty.
