Cómodo y Bonitas instalaciones
Pros:

Las Instalaciones son amplias y Bonitas, el estilo del hotel es muy bello arquitectónicamente. Las Recamaras muy amplias. La ubicación es buena pero un poco alejada del centro, las camas son comodas, pero un poco duras.

Cons:

La Alberca no es climatizada, y en la habitación solo teníamos 2 toallas. Y el uso del estacionamiento fue de 150 pesos adicional.

Pros:

La recámara es amplia y llegas en 10 minutos al centro, el hotel es muy lindo.

Cons:

El wifi en la habitación no era muy bueno y no me pusieron toallas ni tapete de baño y tuve que ir 2 veces a solicitarlos.

"It is a beautiful hotel, but the staff could be more attentive."

"The restaurant service is very inattentive; you have to get up to look for the waiters. We also ordered room service and the food arrived without sauces or silverware. We asked for towels to our room and they never arrived."

Cons:

Que en los datos del descripción del hotel, dice que en la alberca tiene agua templada, y estaba super helada, es por lo que fuimos. El cuarto al abrirlo tenía un olor desagradable.

Cons:

Había partido de futbol y quise verlo en el bar, y aparentemente todo estaba Reservado y cuando yo reserve una mesa, me la quitaron para dársela a otra familia. Muy mal servicio por parte del personal.

Great value, delicious breakfast, simple but comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, the children loved the swimming pool despite the water being cold, the location was excellent for accessing the city.

Cons:

The room could have had a few extra touches to make it more comfortable including tea/coffee station.

La ubicacion y la habitación

Cons:

El cobro diario por el estacionamiento en el hotel.

No hacen la limpieza todos los días sino se los pides. Y la hacen muy tarde.

La temperatura de la alberca es demasiado fria. Esta por debajo de la temperatura ambiente.

Nos gustó todo, y el último día tomamos el bufet del desayuno, muy rico.
El personal muy amable, aunque a la llegada nos pareció distante, nos dimos cuenta que eta porque tenían un grupo.
