Pros:

Great location, lots of good restaurants and markets nearby. Easy walk to Centro. Very nice grounds and oool area.

Cons:

The room floors were not as clean as expected.

Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta; a la entrada de SMA y a pocas cuadras de todo lo más turístico. La relacion precio calidad es excelente. Pagando una tercera parte de los hoteles de "lujo" tienes básicamente lo mismo, claro con sus respectivas diferencias, pero para ir en familia, de las mejores opciones en SMA

El agua de la alberca está "helada" para los niños. La verdad, no tengo ni quejas ni más sugerencias

Pros:

Que siguen manteniendo una muy buena calidad y un buen standard de servicio.
Sabes que llegarás y siempre tendrás Lo mismo a lo que estás acostumbrado

Cons:

Alberca no fría helada deben de corregir eso y que el bar lo cierran 10:30 p.m para adultos que vamos con familia es una opción para quedarnos a disfrutar un rato más sin tener que salir a veces

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, te queda muy cerca del centro de san Miguel.

Cons:

Cobran el estacionamiento, cuando en todos los hoteles ya lo incluyen.
Las camas son super incómodas. Por la mañana la presión del agua en la regadera es muy pero muy baja.

Value for money hotel, good rooms. Good cleabing service.

Cons:

The pool is supposed to be heated but its only solar heated which isnt very effective. Pool was too cold to enjoy.

The stay was overall average, but there were several issues that need improvement.

The cleanliness was disappointing. The towels provided were dirty and appeared to have been previously used. There were also visible cobwebs in the bathroom, which was not acceptable.

During our two-night stay, we requested additional blankets at night. After multiple calls, only a thin sheet was sent, and no further response was received. This was quite frustrating.

Although an iron was available in the room, there was no ironing board or suitable space to use it, which made it inconvenient. Housekeeping also did not replace the hand towels after cleaning the room the next day.

The reception staff were not very responsive, and communication was difficult due to limited English.

We also paid extra for parking. The hotel staff parked the car themselves, but when it was returned, the windshield was covered in bird droppings. No effort was made to clean it, which was disappointing considering the additional charge.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the center, which is manageable.

Overall, the stay was just okay—not particularly impressive, and there is definitely room for improvement.
