Real de Minas not a real minus
Pros:

For context, we did not stay overnight, but we did use some of their services. We used their ATM to get more pesos, and we used it twice. It was a lifesaver. They also have an activities kiosk that we used to check on possible things to do. We were interested in a balloon ride, but it required a concierge and there was not one present at the time. This hotel is conveniently located. They offer dining and a sundries store downstairs and valet parking. The staff members we engaged with were competent. We were charged a fee to use to the ATM, but we appreciated it being there.

Excelente hotel con gran ubicación y comodidad
Pros:

El hotel fue excelente, cuenta con gimnasio, bar y restaurante y alberca, todo muy bien equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, a 15 mnts caminando de la parroquia San Miguel de Arcangel. Desde que llegas y te bajas del auto, el personal te recibe con un servicio excelente, siempre muy amable; len cuanto a la habitación era amplia, bonita y cómoda, y la comida muy rica. Aunque el desayuno no está incluido, el buffet es muy bueno y tiene gran variedad.

Cons:

No tengo comentarios negativos. Todo estuvo muy bien durante la estancia y superó mis expectativas.

Couldn’t sleep at all
Pros:

Nice location 20 min walk to the center

Cons:

The service wasn’t good, food was super slow, a lot of noise in the mornings and late at night due to maintenance and people being loud on the room upstairs and on the hallways, shower was freezing even if you only open the hot one and rooms are very dark, very light lights and food wasn’t tasty

La ubicación esta perfecta para conocer el lugar. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, el orden y la limpieza fue adecuada. Las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado y la decoración bonita.

Cons:

Las camas estaban muy incomodas, sobre todo el colchón, no se pudo descansar en su totalidad. Estuvo intermitente la energía eléctrica, no conocimos la razón.
