Lovely Off Season Stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay during the off season. Despite the cold, our stay in Newport, RI was enjoyable - we toured some museums, ate some great meals, and wandered about checking out parks and shops in the area. The Marshall Slocum Inn was in a great location, quiet, and cozy. The room was great for me and my teen - very spacious! We loved the candy bar for treats, and the coffee was THE BEST of the trip (!)

Great stay. Great service! Wonderful memory now!
Pros:

Darling B&B. Stayed in the remodeled coach house and loved how spacious, pretty and private it was. Very comfy bed, yummy sheets, great shower! Very friendly helpful staff and owners and beautiful backyard with tables on the deck for relaxing or breakfasting. We loved the complimentary candy bar and cards/books and magazines in the shared dining room and sitting room. Loved our stay. Thank you!

Excellent location. Easy to walk everywhere. Had a bus that picked up out front every 15 minutes

Host and staff great. Very clean room and bathroom. Liked the candy dispenser in the breakfast room. Quaint. Nice place to gather at the end of the evening in the sitting room and large kitchen table

Cons:

Would have liked to have had tv in the room.

Super schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe zur Innenstadt
Pros:

Super schönes Haus und Zimmer. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unterstützend. Es war alles verfügbar was man benötigt. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise.

Cons:

Dass ich zu wenig Tage Vorort eingeplant habe :)

Tolles Haus fußläufig nach Newport
Pros:

sehr tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wunderschön eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und sauber. Bei warmem Wetter kann man auch die Terrasse hinter dem Haus nutzen. Praktisch war auch, dass man einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung hatte. Das Frühstück war zwar sehr klein, dafür aber liebevoll hergerichtet: kleine Croissants und süße Teilchen, Jogurt, Müsli und Obst sowie Kaffee und Tee.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und haben auch Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in Newport gegeben.

Cons:

Eine Mikrowelle für die Gäste in den öffentlichen Räumen wäre sehr praktisch.

Arrive and feel at home
Pros:

We loved staying here. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was wonderful. The hotel and guest rooms are furnished with such attention to detail, yet still feature comfortable, state-of-the-art amenities. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. The breakfast, too, was prepared with attention to detail and featured delicious little treats. We would definitely choose this hotel again, even though it’s not right in the city center. In return, you sleep like a baby.

In der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung war es toll, die Einrichtung ist komfortabel und sehr stilvoll, kleine Annehmlichkeiten für die Gäste, wie Wasser in Karaffen, Lademöglichkeiten für phones oder andere Geräte, süße Goodies… , alles war sauber und ordentlich
Am liebsten wären wir noch ein paar Tage geblieben
