Important information:

Comme à notre habitude dans les hôtels pullman nous avons apprécier la literie car nous y dormons toujours très bien.
Piscine bien un peu fraîche mais appréciable

Le petit déjeuner pas beaucoup de choix comparer à d'autres hôtels pullman, moquette tachée, robinet de sdb qui ne fonctionne pas bien ( signale à l'agent d'accueil), la douche pas beaucoup de pression tout ça dans la chambre 225 , et le sauna qu'on a voulu tester mais qui ne fonctionner pas..

Ottima struttura/stanze, ma rivedrei il servizio in camera e la qualità dei cibi

Il parcheggio davanti all’ingresso.
La cuccia in stanza per il nostro cane.
La pulizia e la comodità della camera.

Cons:

Il servizio in camera: Venivamo da un viaggio lungo, e non abbiamo potuto ordinare il camera fino alle 19. Il menù era difficile da consultare, non si capiva niente e non erano scritti tutti gli ingredienti dei piatti. Purtroppo anche la qualità scadente. Ad esempio io ho ordinato un César Salad ed é stata terribile, il pollo l’ho dovuto dare al cane, e l’uovo al centro era crudo (l’albume era ancora trasparente, per dire). Il pane servito era secco (tipo del giorno prima), e neanche il mio ragazzo é stato soddisfatto del suo hamburger.

Non ho apprezzato che é stato chiesto un deposito cauzionale di ben 200€ per un soggiorno di una notte e che la struttura non sia stata in grado di stornare subito la somma al checkout. Dicendo che avrei rivisto la somma sul mio conto dopo circa una settimana.
