The hotel has an airport shuttle available from 5:30 to 23:30 all week days, and from 6:30 to 23:30 from Saturday to Monday. Sat Nav coordinates: N 43° 37' 35.55'' E 1° 22' 52.62'' Please specify the number of adults and children aged 12 years and under in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that the restaurant is open on Sunday evenings. The bar and restaurant are closed on Friday evenings and Saturday lunchtimes and evenings.

The airport shuttle is available Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from 08:00 to 20:00, on request.

Disappointed by the emergency evacuation procedure
Pros:

The hotel personnel was very polite and guest oriented. The shuttle bus service to the airport was great considering the super hot temperature outdoor, saving me from 15min sauna-jogging on the departure day.

Cons:

during the night the fire alarm has been triggered and a sort of hotel evacuation took place. I say "a sort of" because many guests appeared completely confused on what to do, nobody of the hotel personnel showed up to provide guidelines during the evacuation. Ten minutes later some people came back to their room, while other guests just started to leave their rooms. No communication/explanation that the risk was cleared has been provided. I would strongly recommend a refresher training for the personnel on the fire evacuation procedure. This is a pity, considering that I could have rated 7 otherwise... safety first.
