Worth it
Pros:

The well mannered welcome with a very respectful Namaste by all the staffs from the gate to the lobby to the housekeeping crew. Well spacious rooms. Well balanced breakfast provided.

Cons:

Issues with the cable TV and internet connection on the smart TV in the room.

Le personnel super-dévoué en en particulier l'Équipe de la Réception sans exception ❤️ L'Équipe a été aux petits soins 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, la crème de la crème, c'est la Très belle Surprise que l'Équipe m'a fait: le personnel m'a offert un magnifique Gâteau pour mon jour de naissance 🍰 Vraiment cela m'a beaucoup touchée 💖💖💖 Encore merciiiii à la Belle Équipe 🥰

Luxury comfort and service
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in Mumbai with kind and attentive service. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived and were able to check-in early. The bed and space was extremely comfortable and clean. Our buffet breakfast was also delicious. The service from Ashutosh, Lalit and Gilen was outstanding, I wish we could have stayed for longer!

Une belle expérience assombrie par des travaux temporaires

​Nous avons séjourné au Bawa Intercontinental à Bombay et gardons dans l'ensemble un très bon souvenir de notre passage, malgré un désagrément notable lié à la période.
​Les points forts de l'établissement sont nombreux et indéniables :
​Un emplacement idéal : Parfaitement situé pour explorer la ville facilement.
​Un accueil irréprochable : Le personnel s'est montré absolument adorable, aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse remarquable tout au long du séjour.
​Un confort appréciable : La surface de la chambre est tout à fait correcte et les équipements intérieurs témoignent d'une belle qualité.
​Un excellent rapport qualité-prix : Rare et précieux dans ce secteur.
​Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement, mais que nous vous conseillons de tester une fois les rénovations achevées !

Cons:

Cependant, il est important de noter que l'hôtel est actuellement en travaux. Logés au premier étage, nous avons fait face à une situation particulière : de grands panneaux installés à l'extérieur masquent entièrement la devanture. Bien que la chambre dispose d'une fenêtre, celle-ci donne directement sur l'envers de ces structures, occultant toute lumière naturelle et privant la pièce de vue extérieure. Cela procure une petite sensation d'emprisonnement, fort heureusement contrebalancée par le confort intérieur.
​Il s'agit manifestement d'un désagrément provisoire lié au chantier en cours. Hormis cette parenthèse liée aux travaux qui gâche un peu l'atmosphère de la chambre, cet établissement mériterait amplement la note maximale.
