Excellent staff . Sachin . Suresh . Lalit, hina . Maryam very helpful. They made me comfortable as all always. High level of customer care and service. They pamper you a lot . Amazing breakfast. Sachin has been more attentive to all the guests I have been seeing this for 4 days . Very polite. God bless the whole team

Great stay and value for money hotel
Pros:

Well managed and good location. Extremely friendly staff with efficient check-in process. We were a small group of 3 and were well taken care of from Check-in to Check-out. All amenities were refurbished on request including room service for food at a late hour.

Schöne saubere Zimmer! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.! Man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem Hotel sondern wie Zuhause! Sehr gute Lage. In einer Minute zu Fuss ist man am Strand. Vom Standort des Hotels aus kann man die wichtigsten Srandorte in mumbai erreichen!

Es war alles in Ordnung es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden!

Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmern, überaus durchschnittlichles Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkemmend. Sehr gute Lage, Strand fußläufig, alle weiteren Restaurants etc fuss läufig, in 20min ist der Flughafens mit Taxi zu erreichen

but in front of hotel pavement / roadpavement not clean.
Everyday same food for breakefast... Everyday variety would have made the hotel a class above.

Excellent Stay at Bawa
Pros:

The room was well sized and the check in process was well managed by the supportive staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Overall location is also good as there are lots of cafes and restaurants located close by.
