Ok stay
Pros:

Bring slippers and Clorox wipes. Sheets clean. Bed comfortable. Floors filthy. Customer service was good. It does not look like photos. I had to wipe everything down especially the fridge.

It was nice but could have been better.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, nice size tv, nice room.

Cons:

There was no plunger in the room. Toilet overflowed a few times. Then I had to clean the floor. Everyone was close to each other. Would have liked more privacy with space between neighbors. It wasn't that busy to put everyone next to each other.

The staff was nice and considerate

Cons:

There was a roach in the bathtub and items left behind from the previous guests. There was also hair on one of the 2 beds in the room. They gave us a second room , however, there was a bed bug in that one. Once this happened we were very uncomfortable and the staff understood that, they offered to cancel the reservation free of charge.

Our Home Away from Home
Pros:

This is an outstanding hotel, our home away from home. We visit Niagara Falls every year, sometimes twice/year if we can afford it, and we always stay here since discovering it four stays ago. The staff here is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. And the king suite (affordable on a teacher's and retired military's salary) that we stay in with a jacuzzi is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. The bed! If you ever get a chance to stay in Niagara Falls, stay here. Be sure to say hi to Ryan the manager -- great guy!

Accommodating staff
Pros:

The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, which really made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Their friendliness and helpfulness stood out and made a great impression.

Could of been great!
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is there was only 2 hand towels in the room so drying off from showering was a bit tedious.
Staff was great when I checked in, got in later than expected and was no issue.

Pros:

I love the location and layout of this hotel. It has always been spotless. This time however, there was juice spilled on the floor and crumbs everywhere as well as hair in the bathtub….not the level of clean that it has been before. A disappointment….
