Was clean, people nice. No bugs.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Boxed boring cereal, Pancakes the size of a half dollar from a slow machine. No oatmeal. Facility seems run down and worn out. Toilet paper dispenser falling out of wall. Toilet cheapy feeling. Price was too high for old worn out hotel. (Sorry to sound so negative but it’s all true.)

The only discouraging factor of renting a room here was the nightly charge. It’s way too overpriced. However, the service needs were attended too.

I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel from July 19th through July 24th.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. We would especially like to recognize your General Manager, Ryan, who was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. When we noticed that the bathroom light in our original room needed to be replaced, Ryan immediately moved us to another room without any hesitation. His willingness to ensure our comfort and satisfaction truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

We would also like to give a special shout-out to Scott on the afternoon shift and Amy on the night shift. Both of them were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was consistently clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were very comfortable, and it was clear that the entire staff takes great pride in providing an excellent experience for guests.

Overall, our stay was a 10++. You have an outstanding General Manager and an exceptional team. Thank you all for making our visit to Niagara Falls such a positive and memorable one.

We will definitely be staying at Days Inn & Suites Niagara Falls again the next time we visit, and we will gladly recommend your hotel to family and friends.

A short drive to Niagara Falls State Park, NY
About 20 minutes. No biggie. Really enjoyed the pool in the parking lot.
Reminded me of road trips with Grandma back in the 70's. The pool was clean & well maintained. No carpet in the room is a plus in my opinion. I did not eat the free breakfast so no opinion on that. Check in was quick & easy. Parked right outside my door. Ate at Taylor's Tap & Grill down the street. Properly staffed and food was excellent.
