Buena experiencia
Pros:

El desayuno, cuenta con variedad de alimentos frescos y sabrosos. El personal tuvo muy buena disposición para ayudarnos y resolver nuestras dudas.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no tenía ventilación por lo que era un poco incómodo, cuando llegamos tenía un olor raro por esto mismo. Además, se escuchan todos los ruidos del exterior.

- Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
- Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit ordentlichen, gut ausgestatteten Zimmern.
- Gute Klimaanlage.
- Kühlschrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel.
- Das Hotel liegt zentral, ...

Cons:

- ... aber die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht unbedingt schön (können die Betreiber aber nicht ändern).
- Das Frühstückbufett ist sehr einfach (wie oft aber nicht überall in Südamerika). Es gab z.B. keine Eierprodukte.
- Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre eine Bereicherung.
- Obwohl ich ein ca. 30 qm großes Zimmer gebucht hatte, gab man mir zunächst ein nur ca. 16 qm großes Zimmer. Erst nach meinem Einspruch bekam ich dann ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Größenklasse.

Pros:

La ubicación me gustó.
La cama es enorme.
La gente de recepción sabe gestionar inconvenientes.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y tuvieron que mudarme a otra habitación.
Los baños son un poco viejos.
El agua de la ducha no sale con mucha presión.

OJO QUE EL HOTEL TIENE UN SALON DE FIESTA EN EL ENTREPISO Y HACEN EVENTOS TODO EL TIEMPO. SABADO A LA NOCHE UN CASAMIENTO Y SE ESCUCHA LAMUSICA EN TODO EL HOTEL. Yo tenia una habitación de la mas alejadas del salón y no hubo forma de dormis hasta las 6 de la mañana.
Creo que es una información muy importante para no elegir este lugar o por lo menos tenerlo en cuenta
