La ubicación es buena y el cuarto muy limpio, la atención del personal excelente muy amables

Cons:

Aunque la ubicación el rededor del hotel es feo y en la noche no se siente seguro, el hotel es viejo y al tener puerta de vidrio se escucha todo cuando pasan los huéspedes

Good only if for a short stay (1-2 days)
Pros:

The hotel generally is nice, quite good location.

Room generally was clean (but very old pillows and towels).

Staff were nice.

Cons:

On the 1st floor hotel has a space, that they rent for private parties. When we entered at first we were terrified as it seemed like we entered to the club. But we had room on the 3rd floor and we didn’t hear anything, so its ok. But still its rather unpleasant impression.

Towels & pillows really need to be replaced!!! Pillows itself were terribly dirty, just disgusting. Towels were so old that they are grey now.

Shower is badly designed: were had lots of water on the floor of the bathroom outside of the shower each time. Impossible to avoid it.

everything was great except the unmanageable heat and russian neighbours.
Pros:

Location is perfect, pretty close to Obelisk. room is big and I liked the breakfast, even tho there were no eggs.

Cons:

the heat was terrible and air conditioning didn't work well. our neighbours were 2 drunk russian girls who started to sing in a hall at 1:30 a.m. and woke up all people on the floor.

The accommodation was above an event space which had load music going on into the early hours of the morning - we didn’t get much sleep. :(

La atención, lo bonito de los espacios comunes y lo espaciosas que son las habitaciones. La limpieza de las habitaciones. Y la disposición de las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Se agradece la compresión y disposición

Mejorar quizas lo wc de los baños, un poco incómodos pero todo excelente
