dingy, flies buzzing around our head in the room
The washroom walls were peeling and the shower/tub was not working at all. Difficult to find a working plug. Elevators went down. I stay here yearly and a pretty obvious decline.
Breakfast was good
The interior Smell like sweat and the shower was not clean enough. There was an orange ring around the drain
Clean, private, higher end, and comfortable!
A bit difficult to get into but once figured out it was great!
The evening staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind
The pool/hot tub area was extremely small for the amount of people that were there. There was no staff to supervise the behaviour of the people there. Kids were running and jumping, people were propping the door open to go outside to smoke/drink. People were staying in the hot tub way longer than 15 mins. Very unsafe. It was extremely crowded , as was the breakfast area.

I asked for ground floor because my mom has mobility issues, and was put on the second floor.
