Warm hospitality just steps away from Pearl Street!
Pros:

Beautiful inn, right near the main Pearl Street area in Boulder. We loved the great room and its fireplace for some reading and relaxation— definitely take advantage of this beautiful space if you stay here! Our room also had a gas fireplace which was so cozy. The staff were so friendly, even lending sunglasses when we realized we’d forgotten them. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade quiche! They have homemade hospitality down!

Cons:

The carpets upstairs are a slight tinge musty smelling due to age.

The accommodations and the staff and the ownership were phenomenal
Pros:

The owners in the staff were extremely accommodating, it was extremely easy to get there, parking was abundant, location was perfect.

Beautiful place to stay in Boulder in an ideal location
Pros:

The location is hard to beat — it’s just one block off Pearl street and only a few blocks east of the pedestrian only part of Pearl. The decor is simple but classic, and very cozy. We enjoyed playing games in the great room after grabbing some snacks from the complimentary happy hour (alcohol free at the moment, but they are working to get a license to change that!). The 2nd floor King room we had was airy and spacious, with vaulted ceilings and lots of space.

Cons:

There was a fluke in which the breakfast didn’t start until 45 minutes after the scheduled time, but this was clearly not a normal issue and just bad luck for us. My only real criticism is just that the doors to the rooms seemed a bit thin and not well sound isolated, so we heard some other guests’ doors, footsteps, and conversations. I wouldn’t say it was totally bothersome, just something to note for people who are sensitive to sound.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent community space, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was a little cramped .. glad I had a small rental vehicle

What an amazing place to visit! I'll definitely stay here again. Charming & wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious! Quiche and muffins and fruit... Oh my! :) Such a wonderful breakfast spread and loved it.

Lovely room, great location, good breakfast!
Pros:

Locations is great and breakfast was very good. You can walk to everything downtown. Very nice living room/common area.

Cons:

The A/C in the common area was quite cold. My husband gets up early and went downstairs to read while I slept but couldn’t sit there it was so cold. The A/C was fine in our room but as soon as you walked into the common area the temp went down noticeably- and we like A/C!

Best Little Hotel in Boulder
Pros:

We had been regular visitors at the Inn over 15 years ago when our daughter attended CU. This was our first time back since then, and the quality remains the same. We couldn't imagine staying anyplace else in Boulder.
