We would definitely go back . 10 out of 10
Pros:

Beautiful position, with plenty of pool,restaurant, bar choices. Right on the waters edge. A short walk to the number 6 bus that takes you right to the old town . The staff are very attentive. The standard and choice of food is very good. I highly recommend a sea view as the sunsets are stunning.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to the closest shop. Not that we needed much.

Enjoyable but won’t do it again
Pros:

The room was comfortable and a real haven of peace - one of only places in the complex where we weren’t assaulted by loud and intrusive so called music either over the loudspeakers or live. The view from the room was wonderful, the staff in the wellness centre could hardly have been more accommodating when they learnt I had a little cold.Access to the bus routes was an easy short walk. The garage parking was worth every euro. All but one of the ceiling lights in the room did not work on arrival. All were replaced the next morning by a cheerful electrician who couldn’t believe that they had all failed at the same time.Had to ask for an second pillow each

Cons:

The omnipresent “music”. The balcony was too narrow to use comfortably on the7th floor. The choice of food available was very limited for a complex that boasted 5 restaurants and no little snacks for when a meal was too much, unless you were prepared to pay the price of a full meal.

Loistava aamiainen; munakas toiveiden mukaan, hedelmiä, superhyvä juustovalikoima, vihanneksia, tuoretta leipää. Myös makeat ja lämpimät olivat tarjolla.
Huone oli tilava ja kaunis, iso kylpyhuone ja parveke.

Cons:

Tyynyt olivat aivan liian korkeat ja kiinteät, myös vuode olisi voinut olla pehmeämpi.

Wonderful.
Pros:

The Hotel Neptun is a part of a group of "Royal" hotels on the peninsula at Dubrovnik. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite at the Royal Palm which was a part of the same complex with the Neptun. We had a very nice room with a balcony ad view of the water.
