Pros:

I like that the staff were very welcoming and supportive. They went the extra mile esp Amelia, who checked us in-person, as I requested even if our train arrived past 8pm. The location is great. I like that there are no keys or cards to rooms as they could get lost or de-magnetized. The number key to access room is convenient. The pillows were very nice, fluffy and soft but firm.

Cons:

As I had difficulty climbing stairs, I did not like that the elevator was out of order. But the staff offered to help bring up my bags. Also, there was no microwave to take-out food.

Good value and location
Pros:

Perfect location for my stay.
The staircase was beautiful.

Cons:

I found the bed too soft but my partner thought it was comfortable.
The front entrance step was very icy but just inside the lobby was a salt bucket so I kept salting the steps so no one would fall.
The room would have benefited with a boot mat to collect water from the winter foot wear.

Fantastic location and welcoming staff!
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location.Staff were friendly and gave fantastic recommendations.Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and the faucet needed repairs.The elevator wasn't working.The hotel was under renovations so no restaurant on site.

Very little parking on site, must make reservation for it in advance
Charged for parking that was not available and not refunded at checkout. Had to park 4 blocks away and walk in the bitter cold
Staff indifferent, often not available.
Elevator broken, lounge under construction
Bathroom tiny with no working exhaust fan
TV remote had no volume control, no controls on TV either

Interested heritage building but ongoing lobby renovation and broken elevator
Pros:

Great location for walking everywhere.

Cons:

Broken elevator-apparently for many months, parking hassle, limited on-site parking, parked outside front doors to unload bags and during 5min we were inside checking-in parking enforcement tagged us- we assume they were watching us, loud after party noise outside bar across street kept us awake 2-4am
