The location was excellent. The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The whole building has a nice "old world" ambience.
The bathroom was a little cramped. I'm quite tall, so every time I used the toilet I ran the risk of knocking my head against the sink.

Very small rooms. Booked parking and there wasnt any. No outlet in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror

We were in the Tom Patterson suite. Sounds like it should be a special room. It was actually not special at all.
The only window had a broken curtain rod which meant we could not close the curtains all the way across so lights shone in all night.
There is no shelf or any kind of counter in the bathroom. Nowhere to place a water glass or toothbrush, and not even a hook to hang a toiletry bag,
The bed was comfy, but the rest of the furniture in the room is very cheap feeling. Instants coffee packs and a kettle provided for morning coffee in the room. I happen to like instant coffee and hate the powdered “creamer “ that was provided. Fortunately remembered to ask the restaurant downstairs for a small jug of real milk/cream” to take up to the room the night before ( there is a mini fridge in the room)
The “ continental “ self serve breakfast was shameful. And there was not even 1 staff person around in the morning.
Room was clean, pre arranged parking was easy to access, hotel well located to theatre, shopping and resturants

Given cavernous room with all white walls, nothing on them. A couple matching chairs, but the other sparse furnishings felt randomly selected. Clean room but poor paint job. Had to ask for listed coffee maker and coffee, then ask for more coffee pods the next day.

Rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller size but suited us fine. I suppose that smaller rooms comes with an hotel built nearly 150 yrs ago.
