Review Highlights

Pros:
Exceptional, friendly and helpful staff
Excellent and relaxing pool/outdoor area with ample sunloungers
High-quality, varied buffet dinners and strong breakfast offerings
Spacious and comfortable rooms (for many guests)
Clean and well-maintained hotel with pleasant scent
Very good, convenient location
Cons:
Some rooms are tired and need refreshment; noisy beds or twin beds pushed together
Occasional cleanliness lapses (hair found on arrival)
Breakfast could have more variety and more fresh juice/lactose-free options
Unexpected charges (e.g., for changing pool towels) and perceived high price in peak season
Occasional noise disturbances (late music from nearby venue; early-morning bin/glass noise by service door)
Restaurant/buffet staff sometimes perceived as less attentive

Categories

Cleanliness
8.9
Mostly praised as very clean and well kept (rooms smelled good, generally very clean), but isolated reports of long hairs on arrival and occasional missed cleaning lowered this slightly.
Service
9.6
Consistently highlighted as exceptional — friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who went above and beyond in many reviews.
Location
9.2
Several guests note a very good, well-placed location that made the stay convenient and appealing.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable by many, but multiple comments note tired rooms, noisy beds (two singles joined) and the need for some refresh/maintenance.
Amenities
9.4
Pool area and outdoor spaces repeatedly praised (relaxing, lots of sunloungers, well cared for); jacuzzi and general facilities received positive mentions despite occasional noise from nearby venues.
Value for Money
8.6
Perceived as generally good given quality and service, though a few guests felt it was a bit pricey in high season and complained about unexpected charges (e.g., towel replacement fees).
Food and Beverage
9
Buffet dinners and breakfasts are frequently described as excellent and varied, though some guests noted limited breakfast variety, fewer fresh juice/lactose-free options and desire for more local dishes at dinner.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall very positive: relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff, great pool and comfortable, spacious rooms for many — minor negatives did not substantially detract from the stay.

Incantevole Minorca!
Pros:
