The receptionist was a bit difficult. We arrived late and had no water. We couldn't use the machine and didn't get any help.
The breakfast was simple. No eggs and little vegetables....

El personal molt amable i molt net
Me vendieron una habitación con bañera en Booking. Al llegar, desmonte todo el equipaje y vi que había un plato de ducha. Comenté esto en recepción y me dijo la chica que "las habitaciones son aleatorias". O sea, olvidate de ver lo que has visto en la oferta. La chica nos habló muy mal y mi siquiera se disculpo. Horrible!!!
Instal·lacions correctes i facilitat per aparcar al tractar-se d'una zona industrial a les afores de la ciutat. Malgrat que l'hotel ofereix parking poguerem aparcar fàcilment a l'exterior. Hi ha un servei d'aigua potable per omplir les botelles gratis a cada planta de l'hotel
El servei del bany era mínim per un quatre estrelles: sense pasta de dents, ni raspall ni xampú. La neteja de l'habitació era la justeta però no inmaculada. L'habitació no contava amb la típica nevera per poder guardar alguna cosa. El buffet és econòmic (11€) però molt justet. Varem optar per usar-lo perque no hi havia cap alternativa a prop.
