Pleasant stay!
Pros:

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely, spacious with a new view.

There is also a big restaurant/bar onsite which offers lots of food options. I’ve added the Thai curry picture which was delicious!

It’s also a pet friendly hotel, however, the only critique is that given it’s a pet friendly place, there are restrictions on taking your pet to the bar/restaurant.

Instead of leaving pets in the room where they are likely to be anxious and bark at noises, you could create segregated spaces for guests with pets.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

Hilton Dublin Kilmainham is an absolute gem. The staff are fantastic, the hotel is spotless, the food is excellent, breakfast is calm & organised and the location is ideal for the city, the zoo, shopping & is accessible from all directions. The pool is warm with the perfect depth for kids, and everything just works, which is a rare experience in hotels these days. That’s why we keep going back!

Ramsey's Hotel nightmares
Pros:

This was without a doubt the worst dining experience ever and every one of my party of 24 felt the same. If the food was good it was still overpriced but it was awful. The meat was tough and extremely difficult to chew. The curry was bland. If you can't get a basic curry right, you're in trouble. The Caesars salad was not worthy of the name. And when we told the manager we got "we've taken note of your concerns". That was it. Can I find anything good to say? Yes. The serving staff were very good. We won't be back.

Wonderful stay - would definitely recommend!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Dublin Kilmainham at the end of August and had a fantastic experience. It was our first time visiting Ireland, and from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Valentina at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, showed us a city map, and recommended some great attractions to explore.
Although we spent most of our days out sightseeing, we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food and beverage service was excellent—special thanks to Victoria for her attentive and friendly service during breakfast on both days and Soyun, Lennux, and Roman for providing great dinner and room service.
The location is also ideal—just a ten-minute walk from two hop on and hop off bus stops and right around the corner from the Irish Museum of Modern Art and the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
As our trip came to a close, Belen gave us a lovely send-off. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend Hilton Dublin Kilmainham to anyone visiting the city.

professional workshop in Dublin
Pros:

I've just lead a professional group for four days in Dublin. We really appreciated the service beyond the standard, as company we're already Hilton clients in several countries. Even if the hotel was busy, we had a very warm hospitality, From Breakfast, Dinner, rooms, everything well managed from the front desk. Really a good team, nevertheless the backoffice was incredible good to support this aspect.
This Hotel is not downtown, in good location, but very well connected to the city centre. I will be back with my groups here, especially for the high hospitality.

A pleasant stay for a quick visit
Pros:

Quiet and convenient stay for a quick family visit. The property is clean and pretty modern. They share gym facilities with a health club that were really nice, not conducive to sitting down and spending time there like you might at an American hotel but very clean and nicely heated. Breakfast in the cinnamon restaurant was a delicious buffet where kids under 5 eat free. While not located on a Luas or train line, we walked to a bus stop less than 5 minutes away. Apparently you can buy bus passes at the airport which I recommend doing next time! We used euro coins, 2 euro for each adult. It took a bit of time to get into the city center from here, especially on the weekend with traffic. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Dublin Zoo for our three year old. It’s a very pleasant 20 minute walk through phoenix park.

The highlight of this hotel for us was Felipe at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Felipe was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went above and beyond to get us into a room as soon as possible after arriving on a red eye. He even brought our bags up himself. Throughout our stay we so appreciated his attentive service, he is truly excellent!

Friendly and professional team
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a number of times and have always been impressed with the team. Belen, Valentina and Joaquin on reception are always helpful and have all the bases covered.
Breakfast is very good with some food to order available on top of the buffet and the evening food in the main bar/restaurant is also of a high standard.
Recommended.

Beautiful rooms. Would not stay again because of the staff.

GREAT
Pros:

This hotel was so great! Perfect location to visit the Kilmainham Jail-
It was super clean and the staff could not have been better. Asked for a top sheet(common in Ireland to just have a duvet cover) and while we were gone, it was was done. Very clean and stylish bathroom-with a bathtub. We did have twin beds:( but they rolled together. We had a really early flight, so they made us a sack breakfast and had a taxi waiting for us to take to the airport.

A gem in Dublin!
Pros:

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! We stayed four nights at this hotel and our stay was fabulous from beginning to end.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we enjoyed a pot of tea & yummy treats in the hotel restaurant Cinnamon. Staff were friendly & attentive.
We were lucky to meet the hotel manager Kevin Brennan & his adorable dog Phoebe in the lobby. After a lovely chat with Kevin he arranged for our bags to be brought up to our room. Staff showed us around the room and made sure we were comfortable. Soon after a surprise delivery of chocolates & Prosecco arrived by Bhaskar Majumdar the Food & Beverage Manager. What a lovely surprise! Basket checked in & said hello throughout our visit when he saw us. Very professional & friendly.
The room was sparkling clean, filled with amenities like coffee, tea, water & snacks. The room had a great view of Dublin and a refrigerator which we did not find common in Irish hotels so that was a bonus! The hotel rooms also are air conditioned which was not common but very welcoming since Ireland was experiencing warm weather.
We had two extremely comfortable twin beds with luxury sheets & pillows. The bathroom was spotless, roomy and the shower temp & pressure were fabulous.
Breakfast was exceptional with choice of many cold & hot buffet choices along with made to order omelettes, eggs & more. Our omelettes were delish! The large fresh fruit selection was amazing.
We also had dinner our last night in the Cinnamon Restaurant where we both enjoyed Fish & Chips. This lovely fresh fish did NOT disappoint! Healthy portion, cooked perfectly served with chips & peas.

I would be remiss if I did not praise the front lobby staff, especially Belen Rojas. She is truly an asset to this hotel. It is obvious she enjoys her job, takes pride in her work, pleasant, welcoming…I cannot say enough positive things. We also had the pleasure of meeting Joaquin at the front desk who was extremely helpful & friendly as well.

All of this would not be possible without the amazing leadership of Kevin Brennan. It was evident throughout our stay as we saw him & Bhaskar walking around checking in on things, speaking with guests and staff and making sure guests were taken care of. Bonus was Kevin’s pup Phoebe and his great recommendations like our walk to the Irish National War Memorial Park & Rose Garden. What a lovely place a short walk from the hotel. My mother throughly enjoyed the gorgeous landscaping and flowers.

I am looking forward to my next stay at Hilton Hotel Kilmainham while visiting Dublin.
