Nice hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel. Easy access from parking. Lovely pool (would be great with a couple more degrees!)

Cons:

Bed quilts are very thin and we had to request extra ones. Very slow service at restaurant even at quiet time. Breakfast was just ok. Lukewarm. Morning staff seemed fed up by 9.

Nice location stay
Pros:

Room was pleasant and comfortable
. It was difficult to book room I tried two of my Hilton honours account numbers and reset password no credits given on stays. I had to book through booking.com cos Hilton honours is impossible to use and difficult to login

It made my son's birthday wish complete, we can't wait to stay again!
Pros:

I booked 1 overnight stay for my son for his 8th Birthday as he always wanted to stay in a hotel in Dublin and order room service (like in home alone). The room had an exceptional view, it was beautiful and there was a birthday surprised set up fot him on arrival. The staff were lovely, polite and considerate. I would highly recommend and we will return again for my birthday in August. Thank you!

Great hotel. Great staff. 100% recommend.
Pros:

Nice hotel near to city centre

Comfortable and convenient location with good parking.
Pros:

For myself it was a good location with a short tram ride into the centre and it had good car parking, although at a cost. The bedroom and bed were good and comfortable. The breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant were nice.

Cons:

The bath is too narrow and the shower difficult to get a good angle on as I am a tall person. It would be better with a good sized walk in shower or a “P” shaped bath. And fit both with an overhead shower plus a handheld fitting.
