Perfect hotel in a wonderful location with easy access to the Old Town.
Pros:

Fantastic location on lovely Lokrum with a beach nearby and easy bus transport to the old town. Accommodation was very comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the staff absolutely lovely. We also had a great spot to park our car.

Great stay in a clean hotel with good facilities.
Pros:

Staff all great, cleaners were thorough and very quick. Bar staff all friendly. Pool and spa facilities great. Breakfast was amazing (so much choice) and lunch was good.

Cons:

There wasn’t a great deal of choice on the dinner buffet and I thought the price of drinks at the bar was a little high.

Alt i alt fin oplevelse, men hotellet var lidt slidt.
Pros:

Personalet var venlige. Alt i alt tilfreds med oplevelsen. Personalet i Receptionen var meget venlige og forsøgte at være hjælpsomme. Rengøring var fin. Morgenmaden havde stort udvalg. Værelserne var fin størrelse. Poolen var også god. Dejligt område.

Cons:

Vores toilet løb igennem hele ugen, vi var nede og sige det 2 gange, hver gang det blev kun midlertidig repareret. Vores parkeringsbum, blev aldrig fixet, så altid lidt nervøs om vores betalte parkering var taget. Personalet i baren og poolen var svære at finde. Problemet er ledelsesmæssigt. Der ikke var nok folk. Vores kopperne ikke blev skiftet, men kun skyllet i vores vask.
Aftenbuffe lidt kedelig man skulle selv henvende sig for at finde et menukort til drikkevare.

Definitiv zu empfehlen!!!
Pros:

Die Lage das Hotels ist perfekt. Nah zum Strand, genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein Bus Richtung Altstadt hält direkt vor der Tür. Besonders der Service und das Personal sind super. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker und Abwechslungsreich.

Paid 4-star price for 2-star quality
Pros:

Excellent location, good sized room, great views.

Cons:

Did not feel like a 4-star hotel. Bathrooms are 2-star quality at best, and room and facilities showing signs of wear. Weak air conditioning during heat wave made room unacceptably warm, and the staff and hotel manager were unable to address the issue. Upon closer inspection, it seems that many of the positive hotel reviews are fake reviews posted by bots.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
Outside dining area was pleasant with the pool.
Location was great with No 4 bus right outside hotel to go into the old town .
Good restaurants near by .

Cons:

Some parts needed TLC, in particular the bathroom. The bath was ridiculously high to get in and out and neither of us are short, it definitely needed upgrading.

A very pleasant stay in an ideally located hotel which is now ready for refurbishment.
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location to benefit from sunset beach, a couple of minutes walk away and to visit the old town of Dubrovnik using the number 4 bus, a 10 minute bus ride with the bus stop ideally located outside the hotel.
Rooms with sea view are pleasant but are a little compromised by the hotel in front.
Our sea view room with balcony and en suite was a decent size. However, accessing the shower/bath could be a problem for those guests with limited mobility as you have a significant step up and into the shower.
The breakfast was extensive and catered for all tastes. Staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and patient at all times and couldnt do enough for you.
The wellness centre and spa is adequate, although the indoor pool seems to be surplus to requirements - the space could have been put to better use to provide additional facilities/sunbeds for those using the outdoor pool.
Overall the hotel is now ready for an extensive refurbishment, the bathrooms, in particular, are looking tired.

Todo en general, de primera calidad. El desayuno excelente, la limpieza y los espacios, además del servicio de spa que está incluído en la estancia. Es un hotel que recomendaría.

I liked the overall way
