A very pleasant stay in an ideally located hotel which is now ready for refurbishment.
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location to benefit from sunset beach, a couple of minutes walk away and to visit the old town of Dubrovnik using the number 4 bus, a 10 minute bus ride with the bus stop ideally located outside the hotel.
Rooms with sea view are pleasant but are a little compromised by the hotel in front.
Our sea view room with balcony and en suite was a decent size. However, accessing the shower/bath could be a problem for those guests with limited mobility as you have a significant step up and into the shower.
The breakfast was extensive and catered for all tastes. Staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and patient at all times and couldnt do enough for you.
The wellness centre and spa is adequate, although the indoor pool seems to be surplus to requirements - the space could have been put to better use to provide additional facilities/sunbeds for those using the outdoor pool.
Overall the hotel is now ready for an extensive refurbishment, the bathrooms, in particular, are looking tired.

J'ai adorer l'emplacement, les piscines, le fait que se soit devant la plage avec un accès directe et le buffet du petit déjeuner !

Cons:

Certain serveur (euse) au vord se sont permis de prendre des pourboir par eux meme, je trouve que cela ne se fait pas. Exemple (2 redbull 11,20 euro, donner 20, rendu 7 donc cest permis de se prendre 1,80 euro de pourboir) sans un mot ni rien.
Certaine chose cassée ou vieille dans lhotel qui n'ont pas été remplacée comme dans notre chambre la douche.

Небольшой отель 2003 года постройки, находится в очень живописном месте, с прекрасным видом на залив Лапад. Вокруг залива замечательный променад для пеших прогулок.Чистота, отличный персонал, ощущение уюта и уединения

Cons:

We got a Seaview room with balcony. The bathtubs were terribly high. Was difficult to get in and out. Hotel bathrooms need serious renovation. Was told I could have got a step stool. That's absolutely ridiculous.

We had a very relaxing,comfortable and enjoyable second stay here
Pros:

Staff were always smiling,happy to to greet and help.The whole hotel was exceptionally clean.The restaurant always had a large selection of food on offer so even fussy eaters would have a choice.

Cons:

Our hotel room was a bit dated with original furniture but still serviceable
