Awesome Beach Location. Facilities and restaurants could be improved

Perfect ocean view; great kitchen; large rooms; 2 balconies. However: very, very noisy due to busy Restaurant on above floor & outside noises!!

Very poor facilities, organization, service and food.

Property is old and tired, location is great, staff were not particularly helpful

the hotel itself is a bit run down, not bad not great either. Ofcourse, the beach is amazing and the area around the hotel is amazing.

Service rarely with a smile but good. Lots uneven floor surfaces. Toilet facilities limited outside of the room. Great choice of Food. Fantastic location. Great room. Close to the beach.

Resort is dated and old looks like the 1970.not enough storage for clothes .a dresser would be nice .i ask and email for a room not on a hill because of health issues,I got apartment on a hill . Got stuck in elevator with my husband for 15 minutes which was a terrifying experience,no apologies for that .got locked out of apartment one night for 30 minutes as lock would not work we were frozen as night is cold .
The staff were amazing especially Monica the house keeper very kind and helpful. So we had a few bad experiences that were never acknowledged.portugal is a beautiful country and beautiful people.

We loved it

Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was very large is size, the views were gorgeous, the beds were comfortable to sleep in, the towels were of good quality, loved the bidet, easy accessible property and a large variety of tasty meals and drinks in the restaurant.

Weather was hit and miss.. A couple of days of rain and heavy rain at that. A few leaks about the hotel but nothing crazy. All was taken care of.. Staff couldn't do enough.. Love the hotel pool and that we are on the beach.. Plenty of food on offer and nice food at that.. Will happily come back to this hotel..

Reservation was mishandled, property is in poor condition from age

It's 10 out of 10 if you love the beach and swimming in the sea. Brilliant location just a short 10 minute walk into town along a boardwalk on the beach. However the pool area is a little on the small side, but I love the beach so it was a perfect for myself and my 15 year old son. For a three star resort, it exceeded expectations, excellent value for money.

Myself and my husband have just had a wonderful week in the hotel. We were all inclusive which we never go for as we love to go out to eat. But, the food was excellent and in abundance. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Ideal location right on the beach and walking distance to the old town. Would definitely go back!!!
